Sage walked up to her house she lived in. The flowers always bloomed, the grass evergreen. It just seemed perfect to everyone around her. Her life was Pinterest-worthy.  Turning the key, she saw the earthy home she settled in. Sage just got home from getting groceries and supplies for school. She is attending a new school after all. Sage had lived in her home for many years but never went to school. She technically was rouge, but she had Alpha parents; they died way back. Even though school was not in the picture, she was smart. She studies on her own, reading books and talking to professors. She learned from experiences. Unfortunately, the landlord wouldn't let her stay if she didn't go to a real school. Sage was friends with the landlord, and they were almost as close as family. So when Mrs.Margaret decided it was time, it was time. Sage put down the groceries and had the challenging task of sorting them.

Music was the only thing that got her through this skill. Blasting songs in her head, she was internally jamming. After were put away the groceries in the right places, she picked up one of her favorite novels, "The game" by Lyons. She was so engrossed in the character's thoughts and feelings, making them her own. Books were an escape from the world for sage. A new dimension away from her own. She got to create how the characters looked. Sage just loved it. A beep went off on her clock. "Time for bed," she thought. She did her night routine and jumped into bed. Closing her eyes, she drifted into a deep sleep.

"Run sage, and never come back" fire surrounding them. "Don't let them know.... Please," the voice cracked. Sage jumped up from her bed. "Another nightmare," she whispered. She looked at her clock, and it read 5:30 am. "I guess I'll wake up," she thought. She had enough time to prepare. The hours went by, and she was fully dressed and ready to go. Looking in the mirror one last time, she saw a tan girl look at her. Her eyes were emerald green, and her hair a charcoal black. After, she jumped out the door and walked to her new school.

Sages POV

Was I ready for this? Just breath sage, breathe. Looking around I saw a beautiful town, the birds were chirping, the sun was shining, and everything was how I liked it. Turing, I saw the school in all its glory. It was a small high school, but very much my taste. Walking in, I saw all eyes on me. It was either because I was a rouge or because I was new, but I leaned more toward the first one. Excellent, great, perfect. Bolting towards my locker, I manage to find it. My great sense kicked in. Walking into my class, I sat in the closest chair I could find.

I swear I saw someone staring, so I turned to see a girl. She had boxed braids in her hair, and her eyes were a honey brown. "Hi, you're gorgeous," she confessed, "haha, thanks?" I laughed "so you new?" "no, I've been here for a long time; you've just never noticed," I lied. "I would have remembered a face like yours, beautiful," she said with a wink "why thank you" I talked to her more and more; she had many stories to tell. "So you're single?" she asked "yes... but I don't want to lead you on.... I'm somehow straight," I answered" I'll pray for you" "thank you, much needed." The teacher walked in and looked me straight in the eyes. "Sage come up" I walked up casually. "This is the new student, bluh bluh bluh, saying something about y'a" Amiable dude. I turned to see the guys looking amused. One of them whistled. I rolled my eyes.

"My name's sage and, I-" The door suddenly opened. Standing there was a huge tall guy. He was very built and had abs for days. His face was a sculpture from God himself. I heard my wolf yip in happiness. I started into his silver eyes. I pulled away, and my wolf wouldn't stop saying, "mate, mate, mate." "Mate," the husky voice stated. The teacher glared at him. As I continued, "as I was saying names sage and I never went to school," a girl scoffed, "how is she going to be Luna if she's never gone to school?" I heard a growl from the guy next to me. Luna? What's that? "I'm sure I am more intelligent than you, but to each, their own," I stated before a hand grabbed me, pulling me out of class.
