Time/Safe Word-

___ in my CR equals ___ in my DR. (I usually do one hour CR is one week DR but that's up to you!!).

I will return to my current reality by _____ (insert safe action, ex: stomping your foot 3 times, clapping 3 times, etc.) or by _____ (insert safe word, ex: my safe word for all my DR's is apricot bubbles, just a random thing I thought of).

If anyone in my CR tries to wake me up, I will immediately return to my CR. (yknow in case of emergencies and they need me for something, I don't want my clone to be the one they see).

Whenever I leave my desired reality, time will pause in my desired reality, and when I return it will unpause. 

I cannot accidentally say my safe word or perform my safe action. If I want to return to my current reality, it will be willingly. (unless someone CR is trying to wake me up).

Additional Details-

(here's an example of what I put in my additional details, but basically it's anything you don't want to put in any of the other sections. Like physical details or more in depth relationships or plot)

I have the lifa app in my personal diary that only I may access. It cannot be deleted or destroyed. It lets me see what time and day it is in my current reality. It lets me check on my clone and edit my script from my desired reality.

I am safe in my desired reality.

I cannot get pregnant in my DR. I cannot get my period in my DR. I am healthy and I cannot get sick. Nothing I encounter can traumatize me. Nobody asks me questions about my backstory that would make me confess anything about my current reality or shifting, and no one will question why I'm there. (of course they may ask why I'm in a certain area/room/land, but not ask why I'm in that reality).

I am very skilled at _____ (insert some things you want to be good at!! ex. sword fighting, swimming, singing/dancing, survival skills, cooking, etc.)

(This one is a personal preference I have!!) I can get drunk but it won't negatively affect my body CR or DR.

When I have successfully shifted, I will know because ____ (insert what you might see, hear, smell, or who wakes you up or where, or what point in the plot, etc.)

My desired reality will follow the plot of season ___ (I did season 3+), except ____ (insert some changes you'd make!! ex. that you break the curse, a certain character doesn't exist, or you replace a character in the plot [like they are still in your DR but you do all the things they did in the show], etc.)

I cannot get too attached to my desired reality, where it greatly affects my mood in my current reality (ex. depressive episodes, but of course I can still miss the reality).

I will remember everything from my desired reality in vivid detail.

I will always have enough money for what I need or want. I will not get acne. I will always have clean clothes available to me. I will always have good, clean smelling breath. I am physically fit. I am a good kisser.

If I were ever to change forms or change the form of something else with my magic, the smoke covering it/me would be a cerulean blue color. (this is just a fun thing I thought of!! because each character's magic smoke is usually a different color!!)

I also personally added the plot. Like I went through the major plot points of the season and said what did or did not change. If anyone wanted me to send them the paragraph I did for that (just as an example) or if y'all wanted to see any other part of my script or any of my scripts, just message me!!
