"Tell Amelia i say hi" i say

He smiles, "I will do"

"And remember, Lily isn't here" i say

"Who's Lily" he asks and i laugh lightly before walking away and my eyes meet Alex.

Shit.

"Who was that?" He asks me as soon as I walk up to him

"A friend from work" i say and he nods

"Okay" he says

"Is that it?" I ask him, kind of shocked that I've not been inteogated more.

"Yeah, he's not after you" he says looking past me and i turn around to see him making out with Amelia and i smile.

If he's with Amelia, and they work out this time... my options are Harold or Jordan.

And between Harold and Jordan, jordan isn't going to win me against a bully like Harold.

What am I going to do?

I'm currently walking outside on my own and I see Ezra sat on a bench.

"Sir" i say

"Your majesty" he tells me and i sit down next to him.

"Can I ask you a question?" I ask him

"Ask away" he says

"What do you know about Harold Loughty?" I ask

"I was wondering how long it would be for you to ask me about him" he says with a smirk

"He's a grade A twat. Abuses mentally and something physically his partners, emotionally abuses everyone he meets, only cares about his royal status, not like he has one at the minute. He will if you go ahead with your little marriage" he tells me and I groan putting my head in my hands.

"Fuck" I hiss.

"Is that what you wanted to hear?" He asks me

"It is, I can rarely find someone who is honest with me these days. Everyone keeps me in the dark" i say

"Well if you ever need anything, you know where to find me. And if I ever need anything I hope we can come to some kind of an arrangement" he tells me and I look at him

"I don't want to get involved with gangs" i say

"Gangs?" He asks with a laugh

"That's what Ali said" I tell him with a frown as I watch him laugh

"Gangs?" He asks again

"Your kidding right?" He asks and I grit my teeth.

"I'm apart of the next military secret service" he tells me and my jaw drops

"What" I asked shocked

"I'm apart of a new elite programme, I'm surprised Luca hasn't mentioned it" he tells me

"But i asked him if he knew who you were and he said no" i say

"Then I'm guessing your father has something to do with that" he says and I curse.

"Of course he does" i say with a nod

"You really thought I was in a gang" he asks

"Yeah" i say honestly.

"Well your right" he says

"Okay what?" I ask completely and utterly confused

"I am in a gang, only my gang is used in this service. We have connections, we bring the traffickers down, we began working with the military and the government last year. After six years of war between us both, we found a common goal and we now work peacefully together" he says

"But you know more about stuff than they do" i say

"I do, like I said. I have more connections, I know things about their own workers they don't even know themselves" he says

"By the way your two new body guards have done well today, I'll be sending my regards to their boss" he tells me

"So your a dangerous man, who turned over a new leaf to be an even more dangerous man who just takes down even more dangerous bad guys?" I ask

"Can't be more dangerous if I always win" he tells me

"Can't argue with that" i mumble

"As I was saying, I want us to get along. Since we'll soon be working together once that crown is put on that pretty head of yours. I've got to make sure no one will take it" he tells me

"I can look after myself" i say

"Yeah?" He asks and I nod, "then why did you bring your body guards?"

Okay good point.

"Does any of the other gangs know your working with the government?" I ask

"No" he says, "why would they"

"If they did they wouldn't have you as their contact" I say and he nods

"See you ask questions you know the answer to" he says and i chuckle.

"I'd like us to get along" i tell him and he looks at me

"I can make that work" he says and we shake hands

"I should get back to the party" i say standing up and I take a few steps.

"Oh and your majesty?" He asks and i turn around

"If you ever need Harold taken care of, there always could be a small fire incident at his house" he says.

I smile slightly, "I'll keep that in the back of my mind"

I walk away.

I am not going to kill Harold.

But it's always nice to keep my options open.

I only agreed with Ezra to make me look more... more uh... fierce, to make me look tough I guess.

"Come on you two, I know your lurking somewhere" I say and they jump down from the tree.

"Your majesty" they say bowing

"Enough of the formalities" i say with a small chuckle, "I'm Lily, what are your names?"

"I'm Skye" she says and i shake her hand, "it's nice to meet you Syke"

"Im Hunter" he says and i shake his hand as well, "nice to meet you"

"Luca told me this is your first official mission?" I ask and they nod

"It is" Skye says

"Well you've both done great, I'll look forward in working with you in the future" i say with a smile and they return it.

"If you'll excuse me, alcohol is calling" i say and they both laugh before I walk away.

"It's true what they say, she's really nice" Hunter says

"She's going to be a great queen" Skye says

I grin to myself as I hear them walk behind me.
