Date A Live: Alternate Chronicles

Episode 2: Continuation

After a rare encounter with a person from another universe and display of unseen powers seen in any Spirit ever, he continues to roam the land of their Earth. What are his goals? What is the main source of his strength? Why does the DEM take interest in him? What is he?

The story continues with Shido and the others on Ratatoskr talk about what happened in the city yesterday.

Shido: I never knew someone like him could exist..

Kotori: Yeah, he was able to destroy all of those robots with ease.

They all re-watch all of the fight between him and the robots on the TV.

Reine: How strange. This is reminding me of when Shido was strangely powerful when he sealed all the Spirits powers only just more destructive and powerful.

Kotori: Hm. I can see why..

As they continue to rewatch what happened, Shido notices the tail that Akio has.

Shido: I've been wondering as well..

Kotori: And what is that?

Shido: That tail. What does it mean? I've never seen anyone with that before..

Kotori: It's hard to say with certainty.. I guess we'll just have to find out more about him once we meet again.. After all we still don't know if he's a Spirit of not..

Shido: I..I don't think he's a Spirit..

Kotori: You shouldn't get ahead of yourself like that Onii-chan.. We know very little about him.. We can't be so sure of ourselves..

Shido: But I've yet to see a Spirit with something like that!

Kotori: Hm. You're right but we still can't say for sure.. If he is.. Maybe we'll have to get Shiori to do it..

Shido (to himself): He better not be! Just what would my classmates and Tohka and the others think if I had to seal the powers of a male?!

It then cuts to Shido's imagination of what he thinks will happen if he found out if he was a Spirit.

Ai: I heard that Shiori kissed that guy that fought the robots a few days ago!

Mai: So Shiori found that guy interesting.

Mii: That's so lame.

A white flash ends the imagination.

Shido: No! Not Shiori! That is definitely a NO GO! Everyone will think less of me if I do that!!

Kotori: Shido, are you having a sour imagination?

Shido: *Sigh* I can't deny that..

Reine: If that lingering question is concerning Shido, we'll have to find out once we meet him again..

Shido: I guess that's how we'll do it..

Kotori: We'll also have to know his goals and why he's here sooner or later as well.

Shido: Hm? Do we really? I mean he seems like a nice person after what he did to that drunk guy for us..

Kotori: Even so, like I said, we barely know him. It's better to know than not to know.

Shido: I see..

Kotori: Now, it's been a long day. I think that it's time to clock out.

Shido: Ah, it's about that time isn't it? Alright. Let's go home.

Kotori: Yeah!

Shido and Kotori then go back to their house and all of the members of Ratatoskr left Fraxinus for the evening. Everyone settled in for the evening.
