Story Description: Y/N is a young who was born with a combination of both his parents where he manipulate all sources of water he wants to become a pro hero with his quirk but then an incident happened where him and his mother went to a yard sale but then took bad turn as a couple were having heated argument with each other which started to turn physical and the man unintentionally fired his quirk which injured his mom this caused y/n's quirk to go haywire where the man who unintentionally fired his quirk body exploded into blood this events scarred boy mentally where he became afraid of his power and promise that he was never going to use it in that way ever again but what didn't know was that he was going to people who will not only help him heal but also help to use THAT side of his quirk the only question is will y/n be able to use THAT side of his quirk or will the young man let the past hold him back
