when they both got inside of the garden, they both immediately saw the bloodstain on the stone lantern, ...maya's name was on it, phoenix right up to it as he quicky wrote that down in his notepad, ....why was maya's name written in blood?!-

'Aaah! What are you doing here, sir!? I thought I said you can't come in here!'

gumshoe cried out, rushing towards them, he shuddered at their cold glares, franziska got out her whip as phoenix crossed his arms

'Don't you know, Scruffy? A Von Karma will always show up wherever there is a clue! And there are plenty of clues to be found here!'

she orderd, cracking her whip

'B-But-'

'you don't have an option in his big guy!, now talk, what the FUCK THIS THAT!!?'

he yelled as he pointed right at the bloodstain, gumshoe frowned

'Uh-oh... You spotted it, huh, pal?'

'so shit sherlock!!'

franziska humped as she cracked her whip again

'You will answer all our questions now, Scruffy! Without exception!'

'Y-Yes, sir's!'

he hastily agreed, jeez, as if the two weren't scary enough!

'this is maya's name written in blood, isn't it?'

phoenix asked, gumshoe frowned as he nodded

'Yeah... What's worse is it's the victim's blood.'

' Deauxnim's blood?'

he asked, looking at it again to examine it more

'We haven't done a detailed analysis yet, but... it's looking that way, pal'

franziska thought for a moment, then decided to tease phoenix

'Hmm... Most interesting... Phoenix Wright. I presume you know, don't you. Why Maya's name is written upside-down'

phoenix rolled his eyes, of course he knew, what did prodigy take him for, an idiot, before he could even replay, gumshoe suddenly chimed in

'You know what, that was really bothering me, too. But I just came up with the answer. The result of my own special Gumshoe Investigation!'

franziska was actually very interested to hear what the detective had to say

'Really? Do tell...'

'Well, on the night of the murder... ...that stone lantern was upside-down!'

he exclaimed with such certainly, ..that it was almost sad at how much he believed that, franziska sighed as phoenix slapped his forehead

'no you fucking idiot!!,  Deauxnim wrote these letters herself, in her own blood!!'

phoenix reasoned, gumshoe nodded as he "oohed" in realization

'hey yeah, that does make more sense, anyways, From the writing in the victim's blood and the other clues left behind... ...it seems pretty likely that this garden was the scene of Ms. Elise Deauxnim's murder. At least, that's our current theory on how the events took place, pal'

phoenix quickly got out his pen as he began to make notes of that,  while looking around the potential crime scene, he saw a charm buried in the snow, ..he recognized it, it belong to the victim, gumshoe looked at the thing he was holding in his hands and started to explain

'Yeah. There was a broken leather cord around the lady's neck. The ends of the cords found on both the victim and on this charm match exactly'

phoenix nodded as he wrote that down, putting it away gently in his bag, after he was done examining the place, he then started to ask gumshoe his questions
