Molly's pov
I woke up at 9 am which is a new record for me because usually I wake up at noon, today is the day that I will meet Mike's fiancé and to be honest I'm more nervous than I am yesterday
I took a shower and got dressed in something respectful, I was putting on my boots when Tessa came in with Blake on her back
"Tessa, ever heard of knocking?" I ask standing up "and what are you doing here?" I ask turning to Blake
"I thought I can drive us" he says
"and I do know how to knock thank you very much" Tessa cuts in
"whatever let's go Blake, bye Tess be back later" I said
Me and Blake got out of the apartment and went to his car
"so are you nervous than I am?" Blake says getting in
"probably more than you but yes" I said getting in too
"well at least your there with me" Blake said and I smile at him
"yeah same here" I said
We drove in silence but the radio was on quietly so I hum a little bit to the song, when we got there I turn to face Blake which was looking back at me
"You ready?" he asks and I just nod
We got of the car and went in to the restaurant, I saw Mike waving at me and I wave back, we walk over to him and I saw a pretty brunette girl next to him
"Molly how are you been?" Mike asks hugging me and I of course I hugged him back
"great umm this is Blake, Blake this is Mike" I introduced them to each other
"please to meet you Mike" Blake said shaking his hand
"You too, and this is Chloe" Mike said pointing at the girl
"hi, Molly very nice to meet you" she smiles
"You too Chloe" I smile back well she is nice
We sat down and ordered, when the waiter left we started to talk
"so Blake what do you do exactly?" Chloe asks
"oh umm I'm a singer actually, I'm in a band" he says
"wow, what the bands name?" she asks
"new hope club" he said simply
"my little sister loves that band, wow I heard your music pretty fantastic" Chloe compliments
"thank you Chloe" Blake smiles
"so Molly I heard you and Kyle are not together anymore which is great because I hated that guy" Mike said
"oh I'm sorry" Chloe says
"no it's ok, honestly I am over him" I said
"well clearly" Mike says looking at Blake
"oh no me and Blake are not together" I said shaking my head
"yeah we're just friends" Blake says grabbing my hand under the table which I smiled at
"oh sorry my mistake" Mike apologized
"it's ok Mike" I said
About a good 15 minutes later the food finally arrived and we ate, as we ate we kept the conversation going
"I gotta be honest to you Molly" Mike sighs and I see Chloe putting her hand over his
"what's wrong?" I ask
"everything is fine" Mike says
"then what?" I ask
"your gonna like this but umm I want you to sing at my wedding" he says and I look at him with a cold face
"You what?" I ask
"I know about your voice, your amazing"
"how did you know?"
"remember when you babysat Julia the first time, I heard you sing"
"look Mike I'm sorry but I can't" i say looking away from Mike and I feel Blake's hand slid on to mine
"Molly....please I wanna hear you sing, everyone deserves to hear it" Mike pleads
"molly I don't know you but I know that you care about your family and I know you have a heart so please do this for us?" Chloe asks I look at them
"I can try but if I back out at your wedding I'm sorry" I said and they smiled
"that's fine at least you tried" Mike says and Chloe nods in agreement
"I'll help her prepare" Blake says and I look at him with a great full look
After we ate we decided to split up and head home, we walked to each other cars
"good to meet you Chloe" I said
"You too Molly" she smiles
"Blake good to meet you" Mike said to Blake
"You too mate" Blake responded
"and hey please take care of her for me" Mike said nodding at me
"I will" Blake says grabbing my hand
We see them drive away so we decided to get in Blake's car
"I like Mike he's a cool guy" Blake said as soon as we get in and looking at me
"well I like Chloe she's nice" I said looking at him
"thanks for inviting me" Blake said
"your welcome, you had fun?" I ask and he smiles
"yeah I did" he said
Blake drove me back to my apartment, when we got there he offered to walk me to the door and I said yes
"thanks again" I said facing him
"what did I say about the thank yous?" Blake says and I remembered
"I meant.."i hug him" thank you"i said letting go and he smiles
"night mo" he says walking away but I pull him back and kissed his cheek and quickly shut the door after doing it
"You ok?" Tessa asks
"yeah I'm ok"i said running off to my room, I closed the door and crashed to my bed thinking
Why in the hell did I do that?
