I wanna share something my therapist said about anger that blew my mind:
Your anger is a part of your airy personality that knows your mistreatment and abuse are unacceptable. Your anger knows you deserve to be treated well, and with kindness. Your anger is a part of you that LOVES you. (- terribly tiny tales)I casually googled "is anger a negative emotion" and look what it said :
Is it fair to consider an emotion negative if it brings out a positive change in you? Unless it's overpowering you and you feel that 24/7 and you're venting in a way that harms you or others, well, we have some separate reasons for that too. I don't believe the answer though.
Your anger deserves to be appreciated by you. For standing by every single time. Your anger needs your love. Shower a little bit of love to it, please?____________________________
