This is the percentage of a country's GDP that is spent on its healthcare system (and the general health of the population) and its schools and educational systems. The Sustainable requirement is at least 10 percent of the GDP. Long term goal is more then 15 percent.
Help out by, possibly donating to hospitals and clinics and schools. This will raise the percentage of money spent on those things!
