This is the share of a country's prison population that has not yet been proven to have done something wrong by an authority or institution that is competently reliable. To archive this goal, we need to reduce it to less then 30 percent. The long term objective target is lower then 7.
Help out by not committing crime yourself. This can reduce the prison population. If you are a US citizen, please serve on a jury at least one in your life or, if you were a witness at the crime seen, be honest.
