Our trip to Oklahoma was way too short but here we are, back in Vancouver. Well, in the Vancouver Airport more specifically. Drew has my car, he took the keys from me when we left New York because he was coming back a few days before us. Now he's late to pick us up. Anyways, Oklahoma was surprisingly fun, there wasn't much to do though so we played in the snow and hung out at the house the whole time. Dinah and I went shopping one day and I had the best time. She is literally my new best friend, except I would never tell Charlotte or Sav that. I'm not sure how Owen feels about his mom and I hanging out, he must be happy about it right? We even bought him nano blocks before we went to the mall so that he had something to do! The whole trip was so relaxing but I'm excited to get back to work. I feel like I can never sit and do nothing for too long, I always have a few things on the go. Back in high school, I was on the volleyball team, cheer squad, and I was in the school play each year. After I graduated, I got as many projects going as I could, some were half finished and then forgotten but most were completed. I come back to reality and see Owen staring at me, holding out his hand.
"I said, do you want Starbucks?" He repeats although I didn't even hear him the first time.
"Oh, yeah sure" I turn back to the street, searching for my car in the sea of incoming traffic. I hear a car horn going crazy to my left so I look and I see Drew pulling up to the curb with a big goofy smile on his face. I wait for him to park and then he comes around the car and I jump into a hug.
"Hey Liv! How was Oklahoma?" He asks once we pull away.
"It was amazing, I wish we could've stayed longer" We filled each other in on our Christmas's and how our time off was until Owen came back, Starbucks in hand.
"Hey Drew" He handed me the drinks and pulled Drew into a bro hug. "Got you a drink too" Owen passed him a drink and then took his back from me also.
"Thanks man! Now let's get home" We piled into the car, I drove because it's actually my car now! Owen took aux and started blaring One Direction which I gladly sang along to. We got back to my apartment in no time and Drew helped bring our luggage up. Once we got everything upstairs, Drew headed out to meet some friends, leaving Owen and I alone.
"Hey babe, where's my charger?" He calls from the living room. I swear if I wasn't here this boy would lose his head.
"In your bag" I yell back from the bedroom. I don't. hear a response so I assume he found it. I finish my Instagram post just as he comes into the room.
"Liv let's go out tonight" Owen whines as he jumps on the bed, nearly onto me.
"Where do you want to go?" I run my fingers through his hair, dragging my nails lightly.
"Dinner? Then we can come back for movies" He looks up at me and how could I resist those eyes?
"Fine" I groan before pushing him off my lap so that I can get ready.
