"Sh-Shut it." Ray mumbled, turning away. He already knew what they were going to say.

(A/N: Back with the rhymes!!)

Y/n finally came back, after a few minutes have passed by, with 2 drinks in each of her hands.

"One canned green tea for Norman. One canned iced coffee for Ray. One orange soda pop for..." Y/n paused.

"Oh, where's Emma? We'll be departing soon." Y/n asked, noticing Emma's sudden absence.

"She wandered off a while ago, saying that she wanted to get some snacks before we go." Ray answered.

"Exactly. Emma went to the kiosk over there and hasn't returned yet." Norman added. Y/n took in the information they gave her.

"Should we call her?" Ray suggested, dialing Emma's number. The seat next to Norman began to vibrate.

"Looks like she didn't take it with her." Y/n stated the obvious, making a sigh escape her lips.

"I'll go look for her." Norman offered.

"She might be in the ladies' room. I'll go have a look." Y/n retorted, exiting the subway train once again.

"Hey guys, I brought back some interesting snacks! They all looked cool and I don't really know what I bought, but listen to this, the packaging looked cool." Emma announced her presence.

"Oh, Emma, you're back!" Norman exclaimed. He then noticed that the plastic bag, that Emma was carrying, was filled with strange snacks.

"Y/n, Emma came back!" Ray called out to the young lady who just exited the ladies' restroom. Suddenly, the doors to the train closed.

"Poop..." Y/n sighed as the train began to move. Their shocked faces passed by each other when the train went past Y/n.

"Norman, Emma!" Ray called out. The three of them nodded, their eyes screaming nothing but determination.

"Okay, go for it!" Norman encouraged, lifting the windows of the train to reveal the sunny sky.

"Yeet!" Emma screeched as she literally yeeted Ray out the window. Norman panicked at this.

Instead of landing gracefully, just like what Ray planned, he ended up falling with his face planted on the ground.

"That fall didn't look too lovely. Ray, why did you-" Y/n was interrupted when Ray quickly got back up.

"It'd be lonely if you got separated from everyone else on our trip." Ray tried to show off his charms, but the oblivious Y/n just took this as a kind gesture.

"How sweet of you." Y/n smiled gently. They then walked to the next station and sat on a bench once they had arrived.

Luckily, Ray knew the way to the log home and knew of a shortcut to get there faster than the train.

"Is the reason why you wanted to stay behind with me because you didn't want to leave a girl by herself?" Y/n asked.

"Yeah, that might be true. B-But I mostly did it because it would be troublesome if you got lost." Ray turned into his 'Tsundere mode'.

"So, if I were to translate what you just said, it would be, 'I didn't want to leave you behind, but I need an excuse so that she wouldn't find out my true intention'." Y/n translated, using the advice that was given to her.

"N-No! It's not like that..." Ray's voice trailed off in the end.

"A weird habit of yours when you lie is that the tip of your ears tends to turn into a lovely shade of red." Y/n pointed out.
