(Assassins Universe, very short TwT)
Quick Reminder: This doesn't have anything to do with the main story of Assassins.
Third POV:
Tenma has a paper in hand and he and his friends were walking to the jet.
"It says here we have to infiltrate the airship of Shadow Clan," Tenma said while looking at the paper, "once we know what they are planning, we might have a chance of beating them. But the airship is full of guards, so we have to come up with a plan. But we only have limited time before it reaches its destination, furthermore if we just rush in then-"
"Tenma it's alright, we'll figure out a plan on the way with the rest," Shindou interfered as he placed a hand on Tenma's shoulder.
"Yeah, besides, you always manage to come up with plans in any situation, so we can trust you," Cole added with his casual smile and Athena nods in agreement.
"Really?" Tenma asked.
"Yeah, of course. Now come on, let's get this mission finished," Aoi said with a smile.
"Hai! Come on everyone, we can do this!" Tenma said lighting the mood up.
They nodded in response and they all rode the jet.Later during the mission, the inside was on fire and the airship was crashing as he alarm was ringing.
"Tenma! Can you hear me?! Are you there?! Please respond!" Shindou shouted in the earpiece desperately trying to see if his friend is alright.
It was silent for a bit, and then a response.
"Yeah, I am on. We got them though, that roughed us up now didn't it," Tenma replied smiling sadly.
Tenma was seen sitting by the wall, blood came out of his wounds, one of it was a stab to the stomach.
"You said you wouldn't do anything stupid," Kirino said.
Turns out Tenma saved one of his friends and got pulled out of the escape pod by a Shadow Clan member, leaving him on the airship.
"What, you trust me right? We're a team after all, we're in this together," Tenma replied with a smile as some tears managed to escape, "don't worry everyone, everything will work out somehow."
After he said that, they looked out the window and saw the explosion. They couldn't believe it, the only thing heard on the earpiece was static and then nothing.
