“Yin Shu invited us to dinner.  She said she went shopping today and bought gifts for you and me.”
“For me too?  Your sister is very courteous.”
“Hmm……but I don’t want to move.”

Gao Yu Lan pushed him.  “Get up, you’re very heavy.”
“Heavy?  What heavy?  You should have more practice!”
“Practice your head!  Get up!  Where is the place your sister invited us?  Food Restaurant?”
“If she is treating, of course, it won’t be in Food Restaurant.  Recently there is a popular restaurant where I wanted to go to.  I want to taste and study their food.”
“Your sister deliberately chose that restaurant?  She is very nice to you.”
“What is the matter with you?  Jealous?”  Yin Ze laughed like a thief.  “Rest assured, my body and heart belong only to you.”  He rolled onto his back, spread out his arms wide, and shouted.  “Quick, come and ravage me!  Come quickly!  Help!……..”

She gave him a hard smack.  “Don’t mess around, get up!  Are you not getting ready to go out?”
“Yes, I still have to pick up my Sister and Niu Niu.  Today, Niu Niu participated in pre-school activities.”  Yin Ze sighed.  “My dear, my love path is really bumpy, isn’t it?”
“Are you referring to your evil thoughts?”  She said spot on the point.  Yin Ze covered his heart and said she really understands him.  The two of them laughed and messed around for a while before they finally left the house.
The place Yin Shu chose was good and Yin Ze was good at ordering the dishes.  Niu Niu spread out the menu on the table with an imposing manner with the likeness and mannerism of a little Empress Dowager passing judgment on her subjects which made the few adults laughed.

Yin Shu bought clothes for Niu Niu, shoes for Yin Ze, and high-end skincare products for Yin Ning and Gao Yu Lan.   Gao Yu Lan felt embarrassed when she received the gift as it was only the second time she met Yin Shu.  Yin Shu gave her a gift every time and she had never given Yin Shu anything in return.
Yin Ze helped her to accept the gift and also said in a straight-forward manner that Yin Shu should greet Gao Yu Lan as ‘Sister-in-law’.  Since they were all family so it was alright to accept the gift.  When Yin Shu heard, she seemed very happy and called Gao Yu Lan ‘Sister-in-law’.
Everyone talked and laughed and enjoyed a very happy meal together.  Midway, Gao Yu Lan excused herself to go to the restroom.  When she came back to the reserved room, she looked through the floral art glass door and saw Yin Shu’s back view.
Gao Yu Lan’s hand that was about to push the door to go into the room paused and suddenly an image flashed across her mind.  That photo that caused her dismissal from the company, that back view of the woman who was in Wen Sha’s affectionate embrace……..Gao Yu Lan froze on the spot.  Actually, her ability in recognizing people was not very good but the matter had left a deep impression on her and she felt she should not be mistaken.
The image of Yin Shu’s back view seen through the art glass was a bit blurred but it had the same effect as the photo with that vague back view.  Gao Yu Lan’s heart raced.  No wonder when she saw this back for the first time, she felt it was familiar.  So that was the reason.

Gao Yu Lan stood there in a daze for a while and finally, she pushed the door to go in.  She was not good at pretending and affected by her mood,  the expression on her face looked a little unsightly.  When Yin Ze saw her, he pulled her into his arms and asked with concern.  “What’s the matter?  Do you feel unwell?”
She forced herself to nod.  “Hmm……it seems like gastric pain.”
“Gastric pain?”  Yin Ze put his hand on her stomach.  “Is it here?”

She dared not look at Yin Shu and just nodded.  “Hmm…..”
“So pitiful.”  Yin Ze planted a light kiss on her temple.  “As expected, I should personally cook for you.  If you eat the food other people cook, you’ll get gastric pain.”  He joked and tried to make her relax.  Holding her hand, he added.  “Is it very painful?  Do you want to see the doctor?”

“No, it’s okay.  Now I feel much better.”  Gao Yu Lan stared at the tablecloth and her heart was in chaos.
At this time, Yin Shu who was sitting near the door had stood up and gone out to call the waiter to request a cup of hot water.  She handed the cup of hot water to Gao Yu Lan and said softly.  “Drink a little hot water first.  This may make you feel more comfortable.”
“I’m fine.”  Gao Yu Lan raised her head and saw the concern in the eyes of Yin Shu.  She did not know what made her do it as she blurted out a question.  “Oh yes, Shu Shu are you about my age?  Do you have a boyfriend?”
Everyone in the reserved room froze.  Gao Yu Lan looked at Yin Ze, then looked at Yin Ning and then turned back to look at Yin Shu who was blushing.

“I, I……..”  Yin Shu stammered.  “I don’t have a boyfriend yet.”
Gao Yu Lan nodded and did not speak, then picked up the cup of hot water to cover her embarrassment.  What is wrong with her?  If that woman who was protected by Wen Sha was Shu Shu, what can she do?
The dinner ended in a slightly subtle atmosphere and Gao Yu Lan tried to behave as usual.  However, she did not know if it was her guilt or it was because she had asked that question, she felt that the atmosphere was not the same as before.
After dinner, Yin Ze sent everyone home and Niu Niu asked seriously.  “Uncle, aren’t you coming home?”
“Recently, Uncle is staying in another house.”  Yin Ze replied.
Gao Yu Lan became nervous and was afraid Niu Niu would continue to ask some embarrassing questions.  In the end, Niu Niu only asked.  “Then does Mantou belong to me now?”

“No, Mantou is Uncle’s baby.  Niu Niu has to take good care of it.”  Yin Ze said and then suddenly he had a thought.  “Right, my foot is now healed, and in fact, I can bring Mantou over to stay with me.”
Niu Niu quickly responded.  “No, if you want to take away Mantou, then you also have to take Niu Niu with you.”
Yin Ze lifted his eyebrow.  “If I take Niu Niu away, then what about your mother?  She will be lonely.”

“That’s easy.  Just take my mother with us.”  The little doll quickly provided a solution for Yin Ze.
Yin Ze placed a hand on his forehead in despair.  “Sis, quickly take your baby upstairs.  This little rascal’s killing power is getting stronger by the day.”  Niu Niu chuckled and felt he was praising her and under her mother’s lead, she finally waved goodbye to Yin Ze and Gao Yu Lan.
Yin Ze started the car and touched Gao Yu Lan’s head.  “What’s the matter?  Feeling down?  Even Niu Niu’s brilliant remarks failed to make you laugh.”
Gao Yu Lan watched the shining street lamps on the roadside and kept silent.
Yin Ze frowned and asked.  “Does your stomach still hurt?’
Gao Yu Lan shook her head and thought for a while before she suddenly asked.  “Why is Mantou your baby?”  This question was irrelevant but she had nothing to say and only wanted to find a topic to talk.
“What?  You’re jealous of Mantou as well?”  Yin Ze laughed.  “Mantou is like the silly girl who followed behind me…..…you know the meaning, right?”

She turned around to look at him.  While driving, Yin Ze was distracted and also looked back at her.  “What’s the matter?  I’m driving and if you keep looking at me like that, it’s easy to get into accidents.”
Gao Yu Lan turned around to stare at the road ahead and all along the way, she did not speak.  It was until Yin Ze stopped the car downstairs that she finally could not help but ask.  “Yin Ze, do you know who is Wen Sha’s girlfriend?”
