Freddie,

I guess you are over Hermione because you went to the Yule Ball with Angelina. Or maybe it's because Viktor Krum already asked her?! Kidding, kidding. 

The Yule Ball was fabulous though! The great hall was transformed into a winter wonderland and everyone was in bouncy dresses or tight suits. I didn't take anyone to the ball but still had a great time. I recon you and Angelina did too from the look on your faces. Ron was furious about Hermione going with Krum.

"Don't take her as a last resort," I had explained to him. "You have to treat her like a princess."

"Says the guy without a date tonight," Ron hissed. He is the actual worst.

"You are mean," I replied. "I won't help you then."

"Well how do you know?" Ron asked.

"Because I don't think she wants to be treated as a last resort, Ron," I told him. 

"Maybe not," Ron thought out loud.

To be honest, Fred, I know that because that is how I was going to treat Angelina. I wish I could have taken her to the ball. You know that we both fancy her and you knew I was going to ask her. That is the real reason I came alone. Because no one could replace her tonight.
