Izuku's next fight was with Iida but now, they were taking a break from the fights for 20 minutes, Right now, the four people in the semi-Finals were him, Iida, Tokoyami, and Bakugo. Izuku was in his room with Tokoyami.
"Midoriya" Tokoyami cried out
"Yeah Tokoyami?" Izuku replied as he looked at his fellow friend.
"That form you used against Todoroki, what is it called?" Tokoyami asked
Izuku smiled a little, "It's called Full Cowling" Izuku said "Basically, instead of discharging the energy from one place and breaking my bones I discharge it equally around my body, allowing me to use at least a certain percentage of my quirk"
"What percent can you use now?" Tokoyami asked
"Right now, I can only use 30% of my quirk" Izuku replied
"and you managed to do this in such a short time? I must say that I'm amazed at your progress" Tokoyami said "I truly believe that you are currently the strongest of us all"
"Well, I don't know about that..." Izuku said
"Midoriya, you managed to make your way here and not to mention that you are now miles ahead of us in terms of Training and Quirk power," Tokoyami said "don't sell yourself short"
Izuku smiled, "Thanks Tokoyami," Izuku said
"Also, that girl that cheered for you at the end, who was she?" Tokoyami asked
"Ah, you mean Yui, she's my best friend," Izuku said "We've been friends since we were kids, and she's been someone who's pushed me to get to where I am now"
"She sounds very special to you," Tokoyami said "Are you two perhaps and Item?" Tokoyami asked with a smirk
"Ah! T-Tokoyami it's n-not like that! We-We're just friends!" Izuku cried
Tokoyami chuckled, "Sorry, it's just you seem close"
[Will Izuku Midoriya and Iida Tenya please make their way to the stage] Came Midnight's voice
The two looked at each other and wished each other good luck, as Izuku made his way to the stage. He walked into the tunnel and then he walked out of it into the center of the arena. Across from him was Iida who looked at him with a bit of a smile and Izuku smiled back. Finally, they were both face to face with each other
"May the best man win Midoriya," Iida said with a smile
Izuku nodded, "yeah"
"Are the contestants ready?" Midnight asked
"Yes!" both said
Midnight smiled, "Begin!"
Iida went for a rush attack and was about to grab Izuku but with Izukus new speed, he quickly moved away from Iida looked back at him and Iida looked a bit shocked but looked to his friend as well.
'Of course, Midoriya's new power as put him on another level, his strength has always been greater than mine, but I was faster then he use to be, but it seems that now he and I are on the same speed' Iida thought
'Right now, Full Cwoling 30% can dodge Iida's speed and making us equal, however, it also gives me an advantage' Izuku thought 'Iida has a hard time turning, which means his attacks will be in a straight line, so I have to watch out'
Iida charge again at his normal speed, and Izuku was going for a right hook, however, when Iida got in close, Izuku noticed that Iida's left leg mufflers burst with small blue flames,
"Recipro Burst!" Iida yelled
Just then, with blinding speed, Iida kicked Izuku in the left side and the force of the kick sent Izuku back a few feet. Izuku slowly got back up only to see Iida rush at him again, however, Izuku rolled out of the way and Izuku got up and looked at Iida.
