He searched in the DJ area but there were no singers there.
The karaoke area was upstairs, by the time he reached the next song began to play and the singers changed.
"Who could it be?" It felt so familiar he thought.
Somebody from his back tapped his shoulder, he turned to see
"Bumrah? You're here too" Rahul asked
"Yeah, why I shouldn't come here"
"No Harry didn't tell me you are coming"
"Yeah you guys left without me, Yuzi called me now so I joined you guys, anyways where were you, everyone is searching for you"
"Yeah okay"
And Bumrah leaned back to see something behind him and went in that direction
"You're not coming Bum"
"I have some work to do, I'll join you soon"
"Okay come soon"

Lily's pov
"She doesn't seem to enjoy your company, move away from her" a voice came from behind the man
Somebody came to help, relief filled in.
He held his hand
"Leave her"
"Really man! Who are you to tell"
"I'm her boyfriend"
Lily's eyes widened
"And you back off" with that he pushed the man away
He put his hands around her and pulled her closer, for the perv to see
Lily looked up to see him, he was tall and had a handsome face and long hands, he smelled musky and was wearing a white shirt
As soon as they were away from the perv man, he released his hands
And looked at her,
"Again", he said in a surprised tone
"Huh"
"I meant sorry I... I said that to save you there"
"No, thanks for saving me"
"You always get into problems like this"
"Always?" Lily asked confused
"I mean, you look like you get into problems often and you should not come to places like this alone you know"
"I..I didn't come here alone, I came here with my friend, she went to get drinks"
A smile curved in his lips more of a smirk
"Not for me" she added quickly
"You don't know me?" he asked more curiously than I expected
"No, should I?"
Which made him smile
"No not at all", he said in a calming voice
"Okay I'll stay here till your friend comes" he added
Behind she saw Keerthi coming
"My friend has arrived", Lily said
"Okay then... I'll leave"
"I..."
He left like he was in a hurry
I didn't even ask his name, she thought, his smell still lingered on her
She told Keerthi all about what happened
"I should have taken you with me", she told in a worried voice
"It's okay Keerthi, it's not your fault I'm thankful that guy saved me"
Keerthi's face lit up with the mention of the guy who saved her
"So that guy huh, how was he?"
"Yeah.. okay"
"Okay that's all" she eyed her
"Good looking"
"Then"
"Then what, he stayed with me till you came"
"That's all"
"Yeah"
"You didn't get his number", she asked in disbelief
"What for"
She rolled her eyes
"But I noticed something"
"What?" Her eyes lit up
"It felt like he was in a hurry you know, something like not to be noticed "
"There are many urgent things for men to do.." Keerthi continued giggling
But Lily was lost in her thoughts, he felt familiar somehow
The music started, many formed mob and started to dance in a crowd
"What are you thinking Lily come on let's return home", Keerthi said
They started to leave the club when Lily saw someone sitting in the bar area through the crowd
"Rahul!" She told shocked
