me and the boys finally got ready for the concert in my home town of the UK, i held my mic nervously as i knew my parents were gonna watch and they havent yet seen a concert since neither of them liked flying. Coups patted my back as we all gathered round to do our chant "vernon do the chant in english" scoups said, vernon nodded "lets do well in this concert for Y/N and Y/N parents, lets make a night not to forget" vernon said we all done our chant and got ready to come up to the stage.
we all stood in our positions and carats screamed, i let a soft smile out as the VCR just happened and now we was gonna preform clap. we began the choreography and done the song. it was now out time to walk around, i went passed and saw my parents smiling and waving as they stood at the barrier infront of me, i let out a soft smile holding back my tears as we had to do the next song "Carats are you ready" hoshi shouted into the mic, we started the song fear.
i stood next to mingyu as we now began to talk, "carats did you enjoy so far" joshua said, all the light sticks went crazy along with screaming, "carats today special for someone as they are finally seeing them, and they last saw them since the ring ceremony" vernon said "yeah, im the special person, my parents are here tonight to support me and the group, so i hope you look after them, they are the most amazing people ever please do care for them" i said looking at them and waving, i quickly walked to them and got down from the platform and hugged them having fans scream in my ear, i heard both my parents saying i love you and how proud they are of me.
me and the group was now doing our unit songs, vocal did pinwheel and hug, performance done swimming fool and highlight, while me in hip hop did lotto and un haeng il chi. we all now was just talking about the concert as we was ony half way though, i sat next to mingyu on the end, me and him was hugging since i was tired, though i still did have energy and the other members was talking, i saw a lot of photos being taken of us.
All of a sudden the lights went out and the VCR board behind us started to show videos of us seventeen predebut, i let out a soft giggle and turned, i then heard carats singing smile flower, my eyes started tearing up as it showed the video of me and my grandmother with mingyu, my tears flown out and i hugged mingyu as he stroked my back to comfort me, the fans were still singing, he took my hand and we carried on watching the video.
The VCR finished and most of us was in tears, and i was still holding on to mingyu crying, as many memories came back flooding in. we all said some wort of words of thank you.
we all finished and got ready for the meal that we had after as tomorrow we had a day to chill and i would be with my parents and best friend. i sat with mingyu in the car as we was all in 4 cars, i rested my head on his shoulder and shut my eyes as we headed to the restaurant. i felt mingyu play with my hand and fingers, "you tired" he said softly "nah, just thinking about the past and the video" i said looking at him "well i liked it, and you do miss your grandmother dont you" he said "yeah, i bet she is proud of me and us as a group" i said.
we got out and sat down at a table in the restaurant, i was between mingyu and dk. all our dinks arrived mine being a alcoholic drink in which i havent had since i been here "to seventeen" we said clinking our drinks and having a sip. we all drank and ate, me on the other hand was drinking but not eating as much, and particularly being a light weight i knew this wasnt gonna go well for me as everything is already being good for me, "Dokeyom im telling you this in full confidence dont tell anyone particually to mingyu, but i like him" i said giggling and turning to Dokyeom not realising i said it aloud.
i began to drink more and whine saying that mingyu didnt love me, "why DK, is there something wrong with me, am i not tall enough, do i not have a cute personality" i said drinking more "Y/N lets go back to the hotel and get you to bed yur drunk" scoups said "no,i want mingyu" i said slurring my words "im here Y/N, now lets go back" mingyu said wrapping his arms around me we got back to the car after paying and i fell asleep on mingyus shoulder cuddling him.
i woken up to a massive hang over, "what time is it" i said, i attempted to open my eyes to the sun light stinging my eyes, i turned over and saw medicine and water for your hangover- MINGYU, he left me a note, i drank the water with the medicine and got out of bed ready to see my parents, i saw a message on my phone from mingyu
Mingyu ✨- hey you said a few things last night when we was at the resaurant and i wanted to speak about it, but after you see your parents x
i sighed trying to remember what happened, i suddenly remembered saying to DK hw much i loved him and how he couldnt love me, "really, why did i get drunk" i said sighing.
i reached my parents house and unlocked the door to see them sat on the sofa "hey hunny" my um said hugging me "hey mum and dad" i hugged them both and told them about last night at the restaurant.
i knocked on mingyus room door, nervous to what may happen, i saw him open it looking happy "hey" i said smiling, he hugged me letting me in "so whats up" i said sitting on his bed "well like said i wanted to talk about last night" he said sitting next to me "yeah about that im sorry, when i drink i have a tendency to say things that are true but i cant control it, im sor-" mingyu stopped me by placing his lips on mine, my eyes widen but i shut them as i melted into the kiss "i like you too pabo*" he said, i smiled and hugged him "so will you be my girlfriend" he said as he wrapped his arms around me "yes" i said quietly "what was that" he said "yes you big puppy" i said smiling, he kissed my lips and hugged me again

i finally updates, and i hope you liked this, my exams are now done and i think i got the grade i needed but i got to wait till january for the results, and also biden won the election so that means my rights as a bi and non binary person are still here, also i hope you guys had a good week and i will update soon but on the 8th so tomorrow when this is posted its my dads bday so i wont probs update but ill try xx
