i sat on my roof as i wanted to watch to the sunset, i put on some soft music from my phone and relaxed "hey what you doing out here" i heard, i looked over to see my neighbour stick his head out the window, "oh, im watching the sunset" i said smiling, i watched him as he opened it and walked towards me "but why here, not to judge or anything like that" he asked "well i always came out here growing up and its my way to escape i guess" i said softly smiling "i understand that and oh im Dokyeom but you can call me DK"
"Y/N" I said smiling softly, "Y/N where you at" i heard my dad yell from inside my room "im sorry, i best go my dad hates it when im out here" i said smiling and going in my room. "sorry dad i was just watching the sunset" i said "oh, but you need to stop going out there you are going to fall one day" he said "but ive been doing it for years and its a flat roof" i said.
i laided in bed watching TV, i looked over my at my table "where is my phone" i said i looked round my bed but heard a knock, i opened my door to see no one then the knock happened again, i looked over at my window and saw Dokyeom, i hurried over and opened the window "Dokyeom what you doing here?" i asked as i let him in "you left this outside i didnt realised till i was about to go in after watching the sunset " he said showing my phone "oh there it is thank you" i said smiling.
we began to talk about some stuff on the two sofas that was next to my window. i heard a knock at my door "hunny who you talking to?" i heard my mum say i hurried to him to get out the window "im talking to one of my mates on my phone, why do you need for for something" i said to her "no i just thought you were going crazy but me and your dad are gonna go a bed early since we both need to be up at 6 tomorrow" i heard my mum say "alright, ill talk to them more quietly, goodnight" i said, i heard her say goodnight and walk to her room.
i looked out the window and saw DK look out to the trees that was behind our house "sorry about that, but you could come back in now if you want" i said smiling softly "dont worry, i best getting back but how about every night we do this watch the sunset and talk" he said, i nodded as we said our goodbyes.
and that is what we did in fact every night for the next few weeks and was caught a few times but we still did it anyways.
i laided in bed as i saw my dad come in and sit on my bed "whats wrong" i said sitting up "i dont want you and our neighbour on the roof anymore so i went there earlier and you two are allowed to talk to eachother downstairs" he said, my eyes widen "but dad, me and dokyeom sit out there to watch the sunset and just talk about stuff me and him only understand it wont be the same if we sit downstairs" i said, we heard a knock from downstairs, my dad gestured for me to get it.
i walked downstairs and to the front door and saw dokyeom there smiling, "hey" he said smiling at me "hey, also im sorry this isnt our normal spot for talking" i said allowing him to walk him, "its alright we can watch the colours from in here" he said sitting down on the sofa, "hunny me and your dad are going our for the night as we book a room in a hotel we went to when we first meet so you will have the house to yourself for the night and most of tomorrow as we will go shopping as well" my mum said, i looked at them shocked "oh alright, i guess ill see you tomorrow" i said hugging them and waving them as they left.
"so how about we go and watch the sunset" dokyeom asked, i turned and smiled and nodded, he took my hand and lead me to my room, i looked at our hands and smiled but also felt my face blush, he helped me out the window and sat down on a blanket that was already laided "i guess you came out here earlier" i said sitting down with him "yeah i did" he said lightly laughing.
we sat there just watching the sunset talking and laughing "can i ask you something" dokyeom asked, i looked at him and nodded "yeah of course whats up" i said "well, these last few weeks i found out that my favourite time of day is watching the sunset and just being with you in general, but then i finally realised that you are the reason ive been happy and well i did talk to your dad earlier this week and he said that he wanted us to sit here for the night and just relax, he said he would take him and your mum out and stay out for the night and day so we could talk, but what he doesnt know is that i wanted to, basically confess to you" he said breathing in.
"so Y/N what im trying to say is that i like you and i have for the longest time like before we meet on here i saw you a lot coming out here watching the sunset and saw you even before that just out side dong things but since i meet you my days became so much brigher but what im trying to say is that i really like you Y/N, and was wondering if you would be my girlfriend" he said, smiling softly, i took his hand and held it "i would love to be your girlfriend also i have liked you since before we met since i would always see you out with your mates and your smile and laugh alway made my day whenever i saw you" i said.
he held his arm around me as we watch the sun go down with some calm music in the background while Dokyeom sang softly, i placed my head on his shoulder, i looked up at him and he looked down at me, my eyes went to his lips and back up to his eyes, and he did the same, as we both leaned in and kissed, our lips moved with each others, we pulled away and i placed my head on his shoulder, no words were said but our action said what we wanted to say.
i hope you like this and happy easter to those who celebrate it, and i will try to update later in the week as im a 2 week holiday, and thursday i did crack my head but it was a good day before that happened but i will update this at some point and nct imagines
