25. Planning a vacation..☀️

Tessa POV

He's such a mommy's boy I love this little human so much, I lay on his bed and he lays next to me staring at my eyes

"I love you bud" he smiles

"I'm sorry"

"It's ok buddy, I also would be confused and mad" I kiss his forehead and he slowly falls asleep

Hardin and emery went to the park, so why not take a nap with my baby boy

Hardin POV

I left tessa alone with Auden, so she could talk to him, and I took emery to the park

"Is it a girl or boy?" Emery asks me

"I don't know, but we will find out soon"

"I hope it's a girl, so that I can play with my Barbies with her"

"Ok but don't get your hopes up, maybe it's a boy, that you can also play"

"No please daddy, please make it a girl" me begs me with puppy eyes

"I can't do that" I kiss her cheek

She sights "ok I guess.... can we go to the swings?"

I take emery to the swings, we stay a little at the park and then we leave to buy dinner for them

When we get home emery is asleep, I carry her to our apartment while holding the bags

I put the things down and carry her to her room, when I walk in I see Auden cuddled up to tessa

Awww, I would let them sleep but they need to eat, I lay emery on her bed and walk to Auden's bed

I slowly kiss Tessa's cheek and whisper things on her ear, till she wakes up

"What hour it is?" She asks confused looking out the window

"Seven, I bought dinner"

"Thank you" she smiles and wraps her arms around me, till Auden starts moving closer to her

"You made up? He's ok with the idea of having a sibling?"

"Yeah well kind of" she plays with his hair till and he wakes up

He looks at us confused at first and then gets under the covers

"Auden I got dinner" he looks at me and smiles

"I'm so hungry" he puts his hands on his stomach

"Then get up or I will eat everything"
He quickly gets up and walks to emery's bed

"Em, dinner is ready" he whispers in her ear and shakes her

She slowly wakes up and stretches, we all walk to the kitchen and eat dinner

"It's going to be a girl" emery tells Auden

"Ok" Auden says, he's ok with that? I thought he wanted to be a boy

"I'm just telling you, you won't be daddy's favorite anymore" he fires back

"Yes I will" she tells him mad

"There won't be a favorite, we all love each one of you the same way"

They stay quiet, but then Auden talks "I hope is a girl, so you stop asking me to play with your stupid Barbies"

"Ok Auden that's enough" tessa tells him and he stays quiet

"They're not stupid, it's not my fault you don't like them" emery says mad

"Let's not fight" they both silently eat their food

"What about we have a family trip before the baby is here, our last time as a family of four" tessa says

"That's good with me, I have to take some weeks off work" I really do, I have been working really hard and I need to be more with my family

She smiles at me "Maybe we can go to Europe, or back to Hawaii"

"Let's go to Hawaii" literally best place ever, we had the best time there, but that time we weren't with the kids "we can go to a hotel with more activities for the twins"

"Wawii? What's that daddy?" Emery asks confused

We all laugh "Hawaii baby" I show her some pictures

"It's sooo beautiful em, you are going to love it" tessa tells her smiling "and maybe you can take some surf classes bud, I think you will love it" she tells Auden

"Maddie's brother does that, I want to try it"

"And who's Maddie?" I ask him confused

"A friend from school"

"His girlfriend" emery says rolling her eyes

"No that's Bella"

"That's my dudeee" he's such a savage

Tessa punches me on the arm "what?! Nooo, Auden you are 5 you can't have a girlfriend"

"That's what I told him, but he just doesn't care, he kisses every girl" emery accuses him

"It's whatever mom.... can you give me more food I'm hungry"

"No it's not whatever, Auden I'm serious, you can't just kiss every girl, and less have a girlfriend"

"Ok mommy" he says annoyed "now can I please have more food"

Tessa sights and gives him more food, I don't get what's wrong with him having a girlfriend, it's not like they do things, he's 5 he doesn't even know what a girlfriend is

"I don't like that girls, they are all sassy" emery says, I don't even know where she learns that words "you should be friends with Maya and Sophia"

"Yeahhh, they're not my type" Auden says eating his food

"Ok enough, so final decision Hawaii?" I ask trying to change the subject

"Yess" they all say

I get up and hug tessa from behind "we have to go soon before this little one is born" I say rubbing her stomach
