Hardin POV

Why isn't she responding! I look at everyone and they're all staring quietly

I look back at tessa and I see tears in her eyes

"T-tess?" My voice cracks, I thought she wanted to be my wife.... this past few months she always told me how exited she was about getting married

But now she doesn't? All of a sudden she changed her mind? Did someone said something to her?

"Tessa" molly walks to her and hugs her

What the fuck is happening, is she going to run away and leave me with two kids?

I don't understand... I really don't... I feel like crying. What did I do wrong and why now?! Why couldn't she tell me before our wedding

"Mommy?" Auden asks worried for tessa and Karen hold him looking at me confused

"I'm sorry" tessa says... why is she sorry ?! I don't understand anything!

"I don't know what got into me" she wipes her tears

I look at her confused, so what dose that mean?

"Yes" yes what! I don't understand she wants to get married after she started crying?!

"Tessa no" I'm not getting married if she doesn't want to

"Yes Hardin" I'm seriously so confused

I really don't know what to say, or what to think or do, why would she start crying? There were clearly sad tears...
I don't know what to do

"Ok so then let's proceed" the priest says

"Do you, tessa young take as your lawful husband to have and hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, to love and cherish until death do you apart?"

She looks at me and smiles "I do" I look at her confused

I really don't understand what's happening.... everything is happening so fast, she wants to marry me now?!

Emery and Auden walk to us with the rings

I'm more that confused but she said yes right? So I should be happy....

I take a deep breath, kiss both of the twins head and take Tessa's ring, I give it a kiss and put it in her finger

She smiles at me and dose the same thing only that with my ring

I take a step forward and put my hands on her face "I love you" I say softly

She smiles and we kiss passionately, after 10 seconds we separate and stare at each other's eyes

I hear everyone cheer and I smile... I love this girl to death but I need to know what the fuck is wrong with her

I hug her and whisper "you need to tell me what happened"

She nods and we walk out of the church, while everyone cheers, I pick up the twins because there's a lot of people

"Congrats bro" Lucas hugs me

I sight "thanks"

Everyone congratulate us, we get in my car and I drive to the party

I'm still so confused... what even happened?

"Babe" I put my hand on her thing and she looks at me

"What?"

"You have to tell me what happened... no secrets from now on, for a healthy marriage"

I hear her sight "I- I remembered my parents wedding" her voice cracks and I sight

"I'm so sorry... it's just that everything felt perfect that day, I never thought my dad would turn out to be a drunk and my mom a bitch.... they had me when they were young and then got married"

She takes a big breath "It's.... it's like we are having the same cycle... it's scares me, I don't want that for the twins"

I feel so bad now "baby" I say softly looking at her "we are nothing like them, I promise with all my soul... we are going to be happy, we are going to have a happy life... cause you deserve it"

A tear slips down her cheek "I love you" she says smiling

"I love you way more... don't ever forget that. I would do anything for you, for our family, and I love you more than words can explain"

I take a big breath "now" I squeeze her leg "we are going to have the best night.. ok?"

She smiles at me "okay"
