Chosen One

I wrote this poem for my bestfriend.

The very person who can stand my craziness. Countless times we laugh and cry over silly things. We laugh at someone who made fun of us. We hated the same person.

We didn't even fight.

Ou friendship started with a smile...

Anyways, this is for you. I know bawal ang net sa loob. Walang wattpad diyan. But I'm writing this for you. I really missed you so much, Annie!!!!

Yes, it's me..your crazy bestfriend... Hiding under a quite strange username.. Please don't reveal..hahaha....to my few friends (tatlo lang man mo kabuok), shut up na lang kung mabasa ninyo ni....Or else I will again disappear.....

She's their batch's standout

Cream of the crop

Green light is ordering her to go

But she stopped and said ,NO.

She turned her back on the bright future ahead of her

Turned down everything that was offered.

Making the brows of her believers rise to the roof

The calling of her heart she gladly choose.

All along I thought she's just joking

When she told me, she heard God's calling

She entered the monastery

Leaving the outside world without feeling sorry.

I ran into her one time

Happiness in her eyes I could never define

The smart petite and quite fashionista girl

Now wears a simple novice habbit

Serving the Lord, she intends to keep.

And from where I'm at

I wanted to shout

Seeing her made me so proud

Being a nun is quite a tall order

One she will never ever ever surrender.
