Zoe's POV
I text James and ask him to pick me up from the tattoo shop.
He pulls up in a small black car.
"Hey bab- woah your hair."
"Hello to you to." I say with a giggle.
"You look great."
"Thanks you don't look to bad yourself. So are we going back to the hotel?"
"Actually I was thinking since this is your first time in LA we should go to a party."
"Um okay."
"Don't be nervous it'll be okay."
I was super nervous I mean I've been to a party before but I don't think I've been to a party like the one's in LA.
We pull up to a big house with loud music and flashing lights and I see a shit ton of people inside.
"James I don't know about this."
"Zoe your going to be fine."
"Look at this place its huge what if I loose you."
"Your not going to loose me I promise."
That's what Calum said but look where I am now.
We get out of the the car and James grabs my hand.
"No one will mess with you if they know your mine."
"But I'm not."
"But they don't know that." he say as he grabs my face and kisses my lips softly.
I pull away but I don't say anything. I don't know what to say. I have no words.
"Zoe I'm-."
I grab his face and pull him back in for another kiss but a little rougher this time. He grabs my hips and pulls me closer.
"Hey can ya'll at least get into the party before ya'll fuck on the grass!" A boy yells at us from inside of the house.
we pull away and stare at each other.
"That was-."
"Great." I interrupt him.
"Well I guess people will believe that we are together now." he says with a chuckle.
"Yeah." I giggle.
He wraps his arm around my waist and we walk inside.
The loud music instantly makes me want to cover my ears.
We walk over to a couch sit down.
"I'm going to go and talk to my friend I'll be right back." He shouts over the music.
He walks away and I look around.
I feel like everyone is staring at me.
"Hey we were sitting here!" A girl shouts at me.
"Oh I'm sorry." I say as I stand up and walk away. I stand by the nearest wall by the couch so James will see me when he gets back.
I feel someone grab my ass and I turn around.
"What the hell!" I yell
"Aw c'mon babe don't get mad." A tall boy with brown hair with blonde streaks in a quiff style. He has a lip ring just like Luke.
"Don't babe me you asshole."
"So what's your name cutie."
"None of your business."
"Your a bit feisty aren't you."
"Can you just leave me alone."
"Your to pretty for me to leave you alone.Now let's try this again I'm Luke what's your name."
What a coincidence.
"I'm Zoe."
"There's a start." he says with a chuckle.
He grabs my hand.
"Come with me."
"Wait I'm waiting for someone."
"You'll be back in time trust me." he says as he pulls me upstairs.
we walk into a bedroom.
"What are we doing here?"
"Just to get away from the noise."
"Oh."
"Here." he says as he hands me a drink.
"Thanks." I says as I take a sip. I start to cough.
"Woah what is this."
"Vodka."
"Oh." I say as it burns my throat.
"You've never had a drink like that before have you?"
"No." I giggle as I start to cough again.
he pulls a cigarette out of his pocket.
"Want it."
"I don't smoke."
He sits me down on the bed and hand me the cigarette and lights it.
"Try it."
"Luke I-."
He puts it to my lips.
"Breathe in."
I hesitate at first but I take a deep breath.I feel the smoke fill my lungs. This new foreign felling is interesting. I don't know if I like it or not.
"Now breathe out."
He says as he pulls it away from my lips. I blow the smoke out of my mouth.
"See it's not so bad."
He walks over to the table in the room.
I take another sip of my drink.
"Here babe." he hands me a small white roll of paper.
"What is this."
"It's like a cigarette but better."
He takes it out of my hand and lights it he take a deep breath and walks over to me and kisses me as the smoke enters my mouth and fills my lungs.
"Luke stop."
He pins my arms above my head.
"Luke." I squirm.
my sight gets hazy and I feel slightly dizzy.
"Luke please stop."
I feel him lift up my shirt and pull down my pants.
"Luke!" I yell.
I try to fight his strong grip.
"Shut-up!" He yells as he grabs rope from his pocket and ties my wrist to the headboard.
"Please just let me go.your hurting me." I sob
"I don't give a shit!" He shouts.
he pulls off his pants and his boxers.
"Help!" I scream.
he sinto me as I scream.
"Please help!" I scream
"No one can hear you bitch." he groans as he continues his actions.
I hear a knock the door.
"Zoe are you in there." I hear Calum voice outside of the door.
"Calum! Calum Help!" I scream
I hear a bang on the door.
My eyes are starting to slowly shut.
I see the door open and Calum runs in and pulls Luke off of me.
"What the fuck mate!" He yells as he walk towards me.
"What did he do to you." He asks.
"It hurts." I sob.
"We need to get you to the hospital."
He unties the ropes and pulls me close to him.
"It's going to be okay."
"He hurt me Calum." I sob
He wraps me in the blankets.
"Stay with me Zoe okay. Your going to be okay." He walks down stairs and runs through the crowd yelling at people to get out of the way.
He places me in the car and gets in the driver seat.
"C'mon Zoe stay up baby you can't go." he says as he grabs my hand as I close my eyes.

James POV
"She what!"
"She left with Calum."
"You let her leave?"
"It was your idea for Luke to rape her.I did my job by getting her to the party."
"You were supposed to get her from upstairs you idiot!" Maddie yells over the phone.
"Whatever Maddie." I say as I hang up the phone and make my way to my car.

Emma's POV
"Hello." I say as I answer my phone. it's Calum.
"Emma you need to come to the hospital."
"What's wrong."
"It's about Zoe there's something wrong."
"What happened ."
"She went to this party with some guy and she went upstairs with him and now she's hurt. like really bad.shes been raped."
"Are you serious!" I scream.
"Would I really joke about shit like this! I'll text you the address.He shouts back
"I'm on my way." I say as I hang up and get up out of the bed and make my way to the hospital.
Calum's POV
"Zoe baby it's going to be okay." I say as I hold her hand.
We're in the same place we were a couple of months ago.
but she's different. were different. I miss us. But I fucked that up didn't I.
"Well Mr.Hood Zoe is really lucky. nothing is wrong she's perfectly fine. We are just going to take off her cast today but other than that she can go home." the nurse says as she walks towards Zoe and takes her cast off.
"She probably feels better now that that big thing is off her foot." I say as look at her sleeping body on the hospital bed.
"It might take her a while to wake up because of what the boy gave her."
"I understand."
"You must really love this girl don't you." the nurse says as she smiles and walks out oh the door.
"You don't even know." I mumble.
