I woke up even before Jess could pull the blinds open I was so excited for today that I really couldn't sleep.
"well aren't you up early" my father said reading his paper as I kissed his cheek.
"I just couldn't sleep anymore."
I pulled out my chair and began to eat as soon as I sat.
"So I was amazed you came home early last night."
"yeah well didn't have much to do" I said chewing bacon.
"don't talk with your mouth full young lady" he said looking at me now.
"sorry daddy."
"its ok so Jamiee we have to make an appearance today at a celebration for the opening of a clinic."
Was he serious I had plans and didn't plan on cancaling.
"I'm sorry daddy but I already have plans today."
"well I'm sure you can rescheduale it is important for both if us to show."
normally I would just agree with my father and go but I had already told Krista I would be with her today I couldn't cancle.
"dad cant you just say I'm sick or something?"
"no you are going and that's final" he let out a sigh."I wouldnt ask you if it weren't important"
he was right I would just have to hang with Krista another time.
I pulled out my phone and texted Krista.
I went up to my room and picked out an outfit.
I settled on a blue womans suit and a blue skirt my hair would be in a bun like always.
Having a different image is how it was hard to be recognized.
my clothes were different and my hair was always neatly up.
After I got out of the shower I checked my phone I had a text from Krista.
Krista: Its fine maybe another time.
Wow she took it well guess it was no big deal.

Really she cancled on me I couldn't believe it.
well I guess its no big deal not like she's obligated to hang out with me.
"Now what" I asked Alfy who was laying next to me.
Just then my phone went off I looked and saw Work on the ID.
I worked for the school I attended it was a program called work study that I had signed up for.
I answered my cell knowing what they were going to say.
"Hello"
"Krista could you come in today Toby called out?"
seeing as the my plans for today had been cancled I went ahead and accepted.
"Sure Arlene be there in 40 minutes"
I hung up and headed in the bathroom for a quick shower.
It was around 10pm when I finally got off of work and headed home.
I was worn out from helping out the students I still had the drive home to get to my comfy bed.
I turned on the radio to my car and raised the volume to wake me up.
