It was now Friday and they rest of the week had went by smoothly. I was just getting ready to go home when Benji walked up to me.
"Hey Benji."
"Hey Jorge! I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go to this girl Addy's party tonight?"
"I've never even been invited to a party. Are you sure they'll even be okay with my lame ass being there?"
"Oh shush you're not lame, and I'm gonna be with you the whole time. Pleassseee?"
"Oh fine. Just pick me up from my house at- when does the party start?"
"7"
"Okay, pick me up at 7. I'll send you my location."
Before he could say another word I walked off with a smile, scared but also excited for what tonight could bring.
