Chapter 10

Blake's POV 

Me ben and jasmine got back home and we sat down and looked at the papers. 

''okay we need to look at clearings'' i said 

''theres a lot of clearings in alaska'' ben said and he showed me some pictures. 

''these are beautiful'' i said 

''and any wolf sightings are common they are rarely often but they don't actually pay attention or look too deep into them.'' ben said 

''thats good'' i said 

''well we can have some meetings with the packs near there then'' i said and he nodded

''well alpha is on his way he said we can all have a meeting privately'' jasmine said and i nodded. 

I heard someone knock on the door and alpha walked in.

''speak of'' i said and smiled 

''so where are we with the last move'' alpha said 

''well we were thinking before all of this that we could stay here but it's in the public eye especially me and ben'' i said 

''so we changed our minds so we were looking at clearings and there are beautiful ones in alaska'' i said 

''all we need to do is talk to the alphas over there and see how our neighbors would be'' ben said 

''well considering you guys are bringing in the money me and the luna decided something'' alpha said 

''we have not had a pup in over a few centuries'' alpha said 

''me and the luna are willing to pass this on to you and ben'' he said 

''what'' we said 

''co alpha's'' he said 

''i think it should be ben'' i said 

''what'' ben said 

''hey i'd rather be your beta than be a co alpha'' i said 

''you deserve to be a leader you always have been'' i said and he smiled 

''thank you'' ben said 

''it means alot'' he said 

''it will just take a while for us to get you ready maybe like a year or so there is alot we need to get you ready for'' alpha said and ben nodded 

''good its settled'' he said and smiled 

''so we wont say anything to the pack until he is ready and trained'' alpha said 

''so can i ask a question i've been wanting to ask'' i said 

''where the hell is the girl that you were married to sorry i forgot her name'' i said 

''ashley we got a divorce before the funeral'' he said and i nodded.

''good now lets get started with everything'' i said and smiled 

~4 MONTHS LATER~

Through these four months its been a ride we got the clearing settled with and started building three months ago mostly everything is finished but to speed everything up we had some witches help out with some spells. We got all the pack families settled in and the others are staying in the mansion for a while but we are moving them out and into their homes as quickly as possible. Ben is also in training and doing very well he's a quick learner so alpha said he might be ready before the year is up but we will still have to slowly transition him into it like have ben doing some small alpha duties and i couldn't be prouder of my brother. 

''so we go back to the mansion in a couple hours right'' ben said and i nodded. 

''yeah'' i said and jasmine walked in. 

''hey blake'' she said and ignored ben.

''still mad i see'' i said and chuckled 

''i still don't understand why you are mad at each other'' i said 

''don't worry about it blake'' ben said 

''watch it im not the one you are mad at'' i said 

''can yall just tell me what it is you guys haven't even told me why you are mad at each other'' i said 

Jasmine looked at ben and sighed.

''me and ben are mates'' she said and i choked on my spit. 

''WHAT!'' i said 

''but how yall never knew before'' i said 

''i knew when i walked into the house and so did he'' jasmine said and i looked at ben and i slapped the back of his head. 

''are you fucking stupid why didn't you say anything'' i said 

''because ashley i thought she was my mate'' he said 

''but when i saw jasmine it felt so different'' he said 

''im sorry i didn't say anything but it was hard i didn't know how'' he said 

''aw'' i said and jasmine walked out. 

''she will be fine'' i said 

''when its been three weeks'' he said and i sighed.

''jasmine is still going through alot its still hard for her to trust people don't forget ben she went through years of torture'' i said 

''its hard to trust after what she's been through'' i said and i looked down. 

''she just needs time'' i said and he nodded

I walked out and i made sure some of the families were okay and settling in with no problems. 

Then i went to my room and i took a shower. I walked back to my room in my towel and i opened my closet and i jumped up when i saw someone in my mirror. 

''um excuse me this is my roo-'' i stopped when the scent hit my nose and mine hit his.
