"Anything for you Кукла."

Opening up to a former homeless woman in such a short amount of time was definitely not something Trixie expected herself to do. Then again, three days was enough for the whole plot of Romeo and Juliet so who was she to state the impossible? After dropping off Katya's new clothes and redoing Trixie's ruined makeup back at her flat, they drove to the diner.
Katya felt the same strange way as Trixie. She knew the girl for a mere three days yet she was already longing to give her the world. In fact, Katya decided the very first night she spent at Trixie's that she would do anything and everything to repay her, somehow. Not that anything would ever be enough, but she'll try.
'Never forget where you came from.' Her mum used to tell her back in Russia. Katya won't allow herself to forget. The state she was in when Trixie decided to save her three days ago will linger in her mind forever.
Now there they were, heading off to work after buying Katya a bunch of clothes. Katya smiled to herself, enjoying Trixie's humming and the sound of rain falling on the car.

By the time they arrived at the diner, it was already dark outside. The two girls started opening up the place in time for dinner. Kim and Bob arrived together, greeting the two blondes.
"So Katya how're you settling in?" Bob asked as she cleaned the tables. Trixie had already told Bob and Kim about Katya being her new 'roommate' as well as her employee. (leaving out a few minor details about Katya's situation before that.) They were her best friends after all.
"Very well thanks, Trixie's basically a blessing from god." She smiled, organizing the utensils.
Bob laughed.
"Wait until you get to know her." She joked, earning a playful slap on the arm from Trixie. Katya giggled at their banter, it was refreshing to meet such kind people. She was new, yet was accepted with open arms and a warm smile by her colleagues. Kim was busy preparing the food but she could hear her laughing along too, dropping a few sarcastic jokes every now and then.
Once everything was organized and ready for customers, trixie flipped the sign at the front to "open". It wasn't long before hungry people starting coming in. Katya was still adjusting to the job but she was getting the hang if it. She always was a fast learner. Katya kept the image of Trixie in mind, remembering how gracefully she waited the tables. Time went by quicker than she was expecting and before she knew it, it was time to close up.

"Good job today Katya!" Trixie praised as they began to close up.
"Thanks Кукла, it's all thanks to you." She said, smiling widely at Trixie. Trixie was about to give her a sly reply when Bob bursted out of the kitchen practically dying of laughter. She was followed by Kim, who was covered by some kind of batter, looking at Bob with a murderous flare in her eye.
"I'm going to chop you up so tiny that they could turn you into a god forsaken burger!" Kim whisper-yelled, her tone wasn't humorous but it was hard to take her seriously. Bob just continued laughing hysterically.
Trixie, who was also desperately trying to contain her laughter, stood between them.
"Could one of you tell me why you're making my floor dirty with batter?" Trixie asked them.
That just made Bob laugh even louder. Kim pouted.
"This idiot decided to 'help' me cook, so she took my tempura for the fried chicken, tried to mix it but instead she just SPILT IT ALL OVER ME"
She said, raising her voice at the last part. Trixie looked at Kim, then at Bob, then at Katya. There was a moment of silence before the four girls started to laugh like madmen.
Bob was tearing up, Katya was on the floor and Kim was banging her head against a table.
Trixie's screeching laughter could be heard from a mile away. It took the girls a full three minutes to calm down. After cleaning up Bob's mess, the Girls bid eachother good night and went on their way.

Back at Trixie's flat, she and Katya were having a very deep and serious conversation about whether or not the conspiracy about Walt Disney being frozen because of cancer is true.
In the end they came to a conclusion that even if they attempted to freeze him, the technology was so bad back then that it probably didn't work. But then again, they have no way of knowing for sure.
