She let out the tiniest whisper, but it was all the woman needed to hear.

"Katya."

Katya smiled, now letting the tears she's been holding in run freely down her face.
The two women held eachother in a strong embrace, holding on to the other as if she'd disappear the second they'd let go.
They were both shamelessly crying at that point, Trixie attempting to stomach the fact that the last three years of her life were practically a lie, spent away from everything and everyone she actually loves. The memories came flooding in all at once and her brain was having a hard time to process it all.
Meanwhile Katya was incredibly relieved that Trixie had finally remembered her. Nothing could've made her happier. The years of pain, longing and hoping seemed to have all been worth it as she held Trixie in her arms.

The two stood there for a while, enjoying eachother's warmth as they calmed down their sobbing, whispering little "I missed you"s to the other.
Trixie was the first to pull away, but she never fully let go of Katya, instead she held her hands underneath the water.
"I have so many questions." She spoke, taking a closer look at the blue eyed Russian. Her hair was shorter, other than that nothing had really changed in her appearance. Trixie ran a wet hand over Katya's sharp cheekbone, recognising the feeling of her smooth skin under her fingertips.
She was undoubtedly still the most beautiful woman Trixie had ever laid her eyes on.
"Me too. Детка I missed you so much, living without you it- it was empty. I wanna know everything." Katya said, desperately trying to stop herself from crying again. She held onto Trixie's hand with both of her own, bringing it up to her lips to kiss her knuckles.
"I know honey, I know. Let's talk about everything. But uh, could we please do it in your room? It's getting kinda cold..." Trixie chuckled as she said the last part. Katya smiled as well, nodding as she jumped out of the pool. She helped Trixie out before leading them to her room, hand in hand.

"Looks just like the one I was in." Trixie said as they walked into Katya's motel room.
"Well this isn't a five star hotel." Katya laughed.
"I wish it was." Trixie said, taking a seat on the edge of Katya's bed. She was still in a robe, her drenched bikini soaking it's fabric.
She watched as Katya rummaged through her tiny suitcase.
"What're you looking for?" She asked.
Katya responded after a few seconds by throwing a bunch of clothes at Trixie.
"Good thing I packed an extra set of pyjamas, huh?" Katya grinned at the younger girl, who gave her a grateful nod.
Katya changed into her own nightwear as well, giving Trixie some privacy.

"What were you doing this whole time? I can only imagine how confusing your life must have been." Katya asked once both Trixie and herself had changed into something dry.
Trixie was hesitant to answer Katya. She knew her answer would upset her. Even though it wasn't her fault, she'd hate to see the girl sad. Or worse- she didn't want Katya to pity her. And she certainly didn't want to see Katya's face when she tells her about Mason.
Trixie sighed.
"After I woke up and my Parents realised I had amnesia, I guess they just started manipulating me. They made up lies upon lies and I just... Believed them. We drove to Milwaukee as soon as I could leave the hospital. It was weird, i'd get these random strong feelings every once in a while whenever there was a trigger that reminded me of my life in Boston. At the time it didn't make any sense, I thought I was losing my mind, but now I know why it happened. My life there wasn't bad, I mean I have friends, a job, supposedly loving parents and," Trixie paused. She looked at Katya, her dear, beautiful Katya. The woman who had waited for her for three years, who still remembered so many silly facts about her.
Trixie swallowed her saliva before taking a deep breath.
"-And a boyfriend." She said. Katya visibly flinched at the word, which made Trixie's heart break a little.
"You... you have a boyfriend?" Katya spoke quietly.
"Only because I didn't remember anything. I did what was expected of me, that's all. He means nothing to me now. Nothing! We've never even slept together!" Trixie explained, desperately trying to make Katya understand her situation.
Katya nodded.
She wasn't mad at Trixie. She was mad at her selfish parents who took her away and continuously hurt her. It was just hard for Katya to think about someone else touching Trixie. The thought of anyone else kissing her made Katya's blood boil.
"I believe you кукла, if you say it's nothing then it's nothing." She said, leaning in to give Trixie a soft, meaningful kiss. As if to say 'did he ever kiss you like this?'.
"I'm so lucky to have you in my life, you know that?" Trixie said once they pulled away.
"Not as lucky as I am." Katya said, briefly kissing Trixie's nose.
"No but really. What did I do to deserve you? I disappear from your life without any memories of you, unknowingly cheat on you, make you wait for 3 years, leave you to deal with the diner... And you just accept it all and take me back with open arms? Seriously, which cloud in heaven were you sent from?!" Trixie ranted, suddenly angry with herself after saying it out loud. What she did was horrible, even if most of it wasn't technically her fault. She didn't deserve Katya.
"Trixie, Baby calm down. None of that was your fault! I don't want you to think that for even one second.
The day you woke up, when your parents arrived the tension in the room got too bad for me to handle. So, I left your room to get some fresh air and asked them to call me immediately if you woke up while i'm gone. When I got back I-it was too late. You'd already woken up and your stepdad, who was waiting for me outside your room, threatened that if i'd even attempt to contact you he would make your life a living hell. I couldn't let that happen, so I let you go with them. Your parents were the bad guys in this story, not you. Please don't feel responsible for what happened to me, I knew what I was getting into when I agreed to his deal."
Katya said.
Trixie nodded, taking in the new information. She knew that Brad was dumb but this was next level repulsive. It takes a lot for Trixie to truly hate someone, but Brad surely earned it.
