Isabelle sat next to her cousin on the couch as they scan through a book which was solely written about the Blutbaden. It was filled with cursive writing and detailed drawings, clearly painting the Blutbadens in a negative light.

"Forget it, Nick. We're never gonna find anything useful in here." Isabelle exclaims pushing herself off the couch. "This is just a book of biased judgement."

"Isabelle, are you okay? You seem on edge." Nick muses.

"I am not on edge. I am the normal amount of edge." Isabelle argues crossing her arms, quickly pulling her phone from her pocket as it rings. "Wu, I'm kind of in the middle of a dramatic moment right now."

"And that's different from any other day how?" Wu inquires.

"Just get to the point Wu. I'm in no mood." Isabelle frowns.

"Okay." Wu says and pauses briefly. "I ran your motorcycle plate. Registered to an Angelina Lasser, 553 North Bruin Vault Lane, Troutdale. Couple of speeding tickets, no priors. Anything else?"

"No. That's it. Thanks." Isabelle tells him and hangs up. "Just got Angelina's address. What do you say we pay her a visit?"

"I say after the mark she gave you we have probable cause." Nick remarks standing up.

"But I'm driving this time." Isabelle interjects grabbing the keys. "Which means I also get to pick the music — so no more classic country hits."

"Jeez. This place is a dump heap." Isabelle retorts. "Do you think she actually lives here?"

"Based on the description that you gave me of her, probably." Nick replies as they both pull out their guns. "Come on, lets go around back."

Moving around the side of the house Isabelle and Nick turn on their flashlights as they reach the back door. Slowly twisting the knob Isabelle pushes it open and separates from Nick once they are inside. Walking down a hallway she finds three picture frames on the wall — one of the siblings as children, one of the siblings as adults, and one of Angelina and Monroe. Hearing a loud crash come from the front room Isabelle races towards the sound, only to find Nick on the floor.

"Nick, what was that?" Isabelle inquires.

"I don't know." Nick says, letting out a shaky breath as he stands up. "But it definitely wasn't normal."
