I woke up at 9:30 am. I have a
complete blur of what happened after Avani picked me up. I don't know how I got into this bed, but I think its safe to say she put me in here. I reach over for my phone, trying to not wake her up. I text pay to tell him what happened, because I trust with my life.

me and avani went to get icecream
Like we normally do. We got our
   ice cream and sit on the bench.
I noticed Av squinting off into
   the distance, and then she takes
   my wrist and drags me to the car.
Before we get to the car, someone
grabbed my other wrist. I instantly
knew who it was. My ex. Ryan.
   I started screaming and shouting
   at him while he begs for me to
   forgive him. Av picked me up
   and I was having a deep panic
   attack. I don't remember anything
   after that but I woke up in my bed
   this morning so I'm guessing She
