Catra too was hyper-aware of how close she was to Adora. She felt bad for lying to her about SassyKitty. She really should be telling her. Now. She took a deep breath and opened her mouth to speak. But shut it again. It just wasn't the right time. She could tell Adora wasn't in the best place right now and didn't want to worsen whatever thought process she couldn't complete right now.
"I'm sorry, I guess I'm just going through a lot right now"
"You don't need to apologize, I was just worried"
"Do you want me to go?"
Sighing, Adora shifted towards Catra and leaned her head on her shoulder.
"No"
They sat in silence for a while. Adora's head on Catras shoulder, Catras head on Adora's shoulder. It was a comfortable silence but there were unsaid words between them. They both had quite a lot of shit to deal with.
IMPORTANT (A/N): Hey guys I was thinking of updating twice a week like one longer chapter (a page in word/google docs) and a shorter one. That would be a lot more regular for you guys and manageable for me cause I've got a lot going on generally. What do ya think? What days should I update?
