Catra was like 90% sure Adora was flirting with her. She would never flirt with Catra if she knew it was her. Her emotions were conflicting. Though she would never admit it, she was falling in love with Adora. But at the same time, she hated her just for trying out for that other team. It didn't make sense. Maybe she deserved this.
She threw herself at heartbreak,
Like a moth drawn to a flame,
Patching up her broken wings,
Just to try it once again,
And the world all thought her foolish,
For she never seemed to learn,
But how do you save somebody,
Who's convinced that they should burn?
Maybe she should break off contact, she'd thought about this but she really did enjoy this other side to Adora.
Catras phone lit up. She wouldn't answer if it was Adora is what she told herself, but that was a blatant lie. Too much inner turmoil regarding her. However, this time, it was not Adora. It was Lonnie, the one who had started this whole thing.
