Catra knew Adora didn't have to do anything. They were best friends, she would've told Catra. Then again she hadn't told her about the football thing either, Catra pondered. But on this one, she was sure Adora had nothing to do.

Did that mean... that Adora really was blushing. It had been a teasing remark, but the more she thought about the exchange, the more it made sense. Did Adora... like... her? She dismissed the thought immediately. There was absolutely no way.

When Catra thought back to the earlier part of the conversation she grew sadder. Adora really thought she hated her, she could never. They were meeting up later anyway, Catra would make sure to convey, that she didn't hate her as much as she thought possible, without raising her suspicion.

Was this getting out of hand, Catra honestly wasn't sure herself. Adora could never find out about this.

But she couldn't stop talking to her on the app, she did like her.

If she started flirting with her in real life it might ruin their friendship.

 She just couldn't.

 She just couldn't
