It’s funny, isn’t it?
How things are thrown at us when we least want them to be
You feel broken inside
But you have to stand up and be strong
To face the next problem on the horizon
Because that next problem may not be about you
It may be about those you love
And no matter how ripped to shreds you feel
You’ve got to find a way to put the pieces back together
For them
It’s one of the hardest things in life
When you just want to lie in bed all day
You must wake up to the new day
It’s hard
It’s so, so hard
But you know you must do it
You know you can’t cave in
