Chapter 3: Mate

Angel's POV:

I woke up to sunlight being in my face. Yesterday's event flooded my mind. I sat up and looked around. Then I remembered I was leaving today. I packed up all my things. I smiled the whole time. I took my bath and brushed my teeth. "Angel?!" Called Alpha. Oh no. I ran downstairs. "Yes Alpha?" I asked. He motioned for me to come with him. My heart raced. I followed him to the ballroom. I noticed everyone was in there. "Alpha, the news?" A Beta asked. "The Treewood Pack is coming over here. Everyone is to be on their best behaviors. Look presentable. We need them to like us. Despite our, um, setback as a pack, we need a fresh start." He said, as he looking at me. "Yeah, Angel being a major setback." A Gamma said.

I looked down. "But, like Alpha said, we are to be on our best behavior. We are not gonna bash my daughter today." My mama said. "Oh please. Because of her, we lost honor as a pack." My dad said. "Negro please. It was your fault too. You were supposed to be watching her." My mama said. "Yeah I was too busy arguing with your ass." He said. "Alright, enough. Can that shit till after they leave." Alpha said.

"Everyone, go look presentable, I heard one of they're members is looking for a wife. So every girl, look great, put on makeup, whatever you have to do." He said. We all left to get dressed. I was stuck on two outfits but decided to go with the one Kyanna picked out for me. It was beautiful but it showed off my curves. I know I was slim thick but I didn't want to draw too much attention. U didn't like it but whatever.

"Angel? Angel Gurl. You gotta-" Kyanna cut off when she saw me. "Daaaaaamn Angel. You better fuck it uuuuup." She said. I blushed and looked away. "Yeah gurl." She said, laughing. I laughed with her. "Come on now. Look at you. And you too mama." I said eyeing them both. "Oh my God Angel, stop." She said.
