I woke to my husband actually beside me in bed for once.
He had his arm over my side with my back against his chest.
I squeezed his hand and he started to move.
I rolled over and pressed my lips on his, smiling.
He rubbed my hair back and looked into my eyes.
"good morning beautiful."
"Hi baby." I whispered, kissing his cheek.
"The kids aren't up yet?"
I shook my head and he sighed.
"Thank god."
He was rubbing my hips and I put my head on his chest.
"You feeling okay?" He asked me and I nodded.
"When are we going home?"
"Tomorrow we'll go."
I nodded and we got out of bed and went into his parents kitchen.
They had both of the kids with them already and I smiled.
"Well good morning everybody." I laughed, holding Pete's hand.
Luca ran to us and gave us both a hug, and Pete picked him up.
"So mate, daddy and Nonno have something planned for you today."
I smiled and Luca's eyes grew big and wide.
"You're gonna hop on your horse today, all by yourself."
"You'll be mustering with us before you know it."
I smiled and Luca said,
"My horsey?"
"Yeah your horsey mate." Tammy laughed and he clapped.
"Pete I don't know if this is such a good idea hun."
"He'll be fine. Come on mate, slide your legs over, that's the way."
I smiled as Luca lifted himself up on the horse and Pete started to teach him some of the ropes.
I rubbed my stomach and looked down, Kendall was still so little, another Bub is going to be a bloody handful.
I yawned and began walking back inside to go back to sleep, when I heard footsteps after me.
"You right babe?" He asked, rubbing my hips.
"Yeah hun, just going for another lay down."
"I'll come look after you. Dad are you right with him?" He asked, seeing Derek & Tammy enjoying quality time with their grandson.
We walked inside and laid back down in bed when Pete pressed his lips on mine.
"I love you."
"I love you Pete." I whispered back to him, pulling the blanket over us both.
