The New Beginning

Chris: hello?

Nicki: hey, what are you doin?

Chris: uhh, nothin, just chillin. Wassup?

Nicki: oh nothing, I just wanted to come by to talk

Chris: alright, coo. Imma be here

Nicki: I'll be there in a little bit

Chris: yup

Chris had no idea what he was running into. He just thought Nicki wanted to comeover to chill. Chris was slowly but surely catching feelings for Nicki, and Nicki started to too. But in Nicki's heart, no one can take the place of drake.

Nicki got herself together in her Malibu mansion. She threw on a pair of jeans with rips in them, a white fitted tshirt, in a pair of Jordan's with her long black hair in a ponytail. Since she didn't have the trouble of getting gabby dressed, because she was with drake, she was ready to go in no time. She locked up the house & hopped in her black Maybach , and was on her way to chris' house.

When Nicki entered the gates of Chris' home, she was welcomed to a half dressed Chris who only had on a pair of tan cargo shorts & a pair of all white vans. From the looks of things, it just looked like he was getting his lawn together.

Chris: wassup Nicki

He said with a kool-aid smile.

Nicki; heyyy

She replied, taking her sunglasses off.

Chris: whatchu been up to

Nicki: nothing much. But I didn't come here to talk sweet to you

Chris: what's going on

The conversation she was preparing to have with chris was a conversation she remembered having with someone else who was Safaree, when she told him that her and drake were dating.

Nicki: before I tell u what I have to tell you, just know I've been having so much fun with you & you helped me forget about a lot of painful shit that I was dealing with at the time-

Chris cut her off

Chris: what? you don't wanna be with me or something? That's all you gotta say

Nicki: it's not that I don't wanna be with you, it's just...

Her intent to explain herself was effortless

Chris: look, you and drake were serious, you have a kid with my mans. I understand. I wouldn't expect for you to move on from a relationship that you and drake had, so quick.

Nicki: so your not mad

Chris: nah. but I do wish I could've experience what it would've been like to be with you.

Nicki: I mean even tho I do wanna be with drake forever, who's to say me and him won't work out & I come knocking on your door at 3 am

Chris: lol in another lifetime Nicki,

Nicki: lol your right, but imma get out of here.

Chris: I'll call you later

Nicki: ok. Give me a hug

She said easing her way into his arms for an embrace

After their hug Nicki was on her way to Drakes house.

Drake was in his game room playing a game on his big screen, while gabby was on the side of him taking a nap.

Nicki: hey baby

Drake: oh, I didnt even hear you come in

They shared a kiss

Nicki: probably because you got this tv all the way up with my baby in here sleep

She said walking towards gabby

Drake: be quiet because she just fell asleep

They said joking around with eachother

Nicki: mm. But what did you do today?

She said plopping down on his lap

Drake: no no no no, awww babyyyyy, you just got me killed

Nicki looked innocent

Nicki: oh, I'm sorry

She said feeling bad

Drake: it's alright, I was finna stop playing anyways

Nicki: no you weren't. It was my fault.

Drake: no forreal, i been on the game for like an hour

Nicki: really

Drake: yea

Nicki: ok. But guess where I just came from

Drake: where?

Nicki: chris house

Drake: for what?

Nicki: just, to I guess tell him about us.

Drake: what he say?

Nicki: I mean I could tell that he was hurt but he understood where I was coming from

Drake: so are we drama free finally?

Nicki: yup! Drama free

And with that, they spent the rest of their day together. As a family.
