In this series, you create a tribute from an available District and see how they fare in the Hunger Games!

You are allowed to create up to 2 characters if you wish, but they cannot be allies.

Image (Either a celebrity or a drawn image.)
Weapon (Make a weapon for the games that your tribute specializes in. This can be somewhat futuristic, or be dead simple. If you want to make it OP, I'll balance it for you. I want at least some unique ideas. No Firearms, except of Bolt Action Snipers)
Specialties and Weaknesses (You have to have a few of both.)
