Okay, Here’s another chapter! Im sorry it took so long, Please dont Hate me!

I was home,’ a small smile spread over my lips, but it didnt exactly reach my eyes. But i was home, finally, after months of not seeing my mom, I was actually back home.

And oh boy was she going to kill me, I hadn’t even replied to her emails or given her a call and now here I was, unexpectedly back in town…Oh boy indeed.

I stepped out of the train and looked around, things were different now. I was a wolf after all.

I had the strength of three or four or I’m not sure how many tough men put together, I was strong, but yet I felt broken and miserable.

‘Snap out of it!’

Even with my new strength I found myself groaning, I wasn’t looking forward to the long walk home either. I had after all just experienced a three day long trip on a crappy train, I couldn’t afford anything better but still, that wasn’t my fault.

I was on a tight budget, it’s not like I could ask Klaud- Wait! He shall not be named or brought up during this entire trip!

So there was only one thing to do-

"Mom?" I whispered in to the phone, nervously shifting my weight from one foot to the other.

"Oh baby! How are you? How are things? Are you doing alright? Are you-Wait! Why are you barely calling me?! I left you several voicemails, text, emails -"

“Mom I’m sorry, I didn’t have time to call you back.”

“Or reply to my emails? Or maybe a quick text? Or-“

"Mom," I said nervously, "I'm good." I said trying to avoid everything else she was dropping on me.

She sighed, “Well as long as you’re fine, so how are things with your father.” I laughed humorlessly. Wow, mom was seriously out of the loop, she had no idea I had found a mate or that I had been living with that dude for a while now.

Yea she would most likely have me buried by tomorrow, because I knew for sure she would kill me after finding out all that I had been keeping from her.

“Uh, well last time I heard from him…he was fine.” I said, well better now than later.

“What? That makes no sense.”

“Yea…” I dragged out.

“Alexandra Rosie Rene Huntington-”

"Mom, I really don't want to do this over the phone...so why don't you just pick me up at the train station and-"

"Alexandra what the hell are you talking about child?!" she shrieked, I’m not sure if her motherly tone was coming out or her Ultra mad bitch yet total best friend tone, see my mother was both, that could either be a really cool thing or in this case, very confusing and of course scary.

Oh crap, I was in trouble. "Surprise?" I said timidly.

"Don't you 'Surprise' me young lady?" she said upset, Okay motherly tone, yep that’s what she was at the moment.

"Mommy, I came to visit you! I missed you." I said in a childlike tone, hopping she wouldn't yell at me anymore.

"Alexandra," she drawled out. "Just,” she sighed “God child, you have a whole hell of a lot of explaining to do.” She said in a pissed of tone. “I just don’t know if you will have time to do it.”
