#9~ Fili

PROMPT: A short one for Fili.

Being a human always seemed to be an advantage when it came to something having to do with Fili. It meant that you could often reach things that he couldn’t, or maybe even tease him by holding that said thing out of his reach. Fili would never admit that it bothered him as much as it did; it didn’t bother him because you would tease him, but things were a bit harder when you were courting someone who was much taller than you. Of course, he would keep his qualms to himself because changing your height wasn’t really an option and he didn’t want you to feel bad about that.

So, whenever he would have to get onto his tip-toes in order to place a simple kiss to you cheek, he would always just look on the bright side. After all, he could be as short as Bilbo, and the fact that he wasn’t was something to be grateful about. With that in mind, he would just grin and bear it.

I’m so so so extra super duper sorry for the extremely long wait. With school and everything updating was a bit hard. Plus, I was running low on drive for this so I had to put it aside for a while. I am back now (hopefully for a while; I do need to do a bit of my summer assignments.) This is dedicated to the lovely user who made the request. I know it is short, and it is also about him being, well… short, but that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw your comment. I am really surprised at how well this is doing, and all your lovely comments make me smile J
