Marinette was interrupted by a pair of soft lips gently pressed on hers. It took her a moment to realise that Chat was kissing her. Before she even could kiss back he already had pulled back.
Marinette stared with wide eyes at the hero who was blushing now. He chuckled soft and shrugged. Marinette couldn't say anything, she was still shocked.
"Princess..."
"..."
"Are... Are you okay?"
She didn't respond, instead of that she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer to her face to kiss him again. The kiss was sweet and nothing heated and Chat immediately kissed her back while wrapping his arms around her waist.
After a while they pulled apart for air.
The bluenette smiled soft as he gave her a last quick peck on her cheek.
"I know you have to go."
"How do you know that, Kitty?"
"I know everything about you, princess."

"But let me walk with you. To protect you."
"Chat, nothing will happen. But sure because I love your company."
They smiled at each other and made their way to Alya.
