**3rd person's POV
Midoriya and [m/n] were standing next to Recovery Girl in the monitor room, they were planing on watching the fights.
"Well it looks like I'll have a lot of work today" Recovery girl sighed as she sat on her chair. Then the door of the monitor room opened and Uraraka walked in
"oh, you guys are watching too?" they both nodded
"we don't have many chances to see other students and the teachers fight" Midoriya said
"besides, even if we wanted to talk strategy...." [m/n] sighed "it won't work if only the two of us know about it"
"I see" Uraraka said "well for me... if like there's no point trying to talk to him" he said imagining Aoyama showing off in front of a mirror, the two boys had lines appear on their faces, ugh "that's why I thought I'd use everyone else's fight for reference"
"Team Sato and Kirishima, Practical exam. Ready go" a robot voice came. Kirishima and Sato began running down the fake city until they could see Cementos in the distance. Sato ate his sugar and activated his quirk. Cementos sent walls of cement towards them and they were breaking it punch after punch.
"You can do it, Kirishima-kun, Sato-kun!" Uraraka cheered
"they won't be able to win like this"[m/n] said causing Uraraka to look at him in shock
"Kirishima-kun and Sato-kun's quirks are amazing, but there's a limit to how long they can use it" Midoriya spoke
"but on the other hand, Cementos-sensei doesn't have something like that, he can continue to attack like this until they eventually run out of steam" [m/n] continued
"no way"
"this practical exam is pitting students against teachers they'd have a hard time with on purpose" Midoriya continued "I think the key will be how they deal with their weakness to pass"
"That exactly right" Recover girl said "Before your own turn comes around, you should think carefully about your compatibility with the teacher you'll fight"
It was over the speakers, so they all heard that they had lost due to unconsciousness and the students were all shocked
"Seriously!?" Kaminari screeched
"that's...."
"Kirishima-chan's...."
"oh dear, it's the first match and I already have work" Recovery girl sighed and she got down her chair and walked out
"no way..." Uraraka had a hand over her mouth "it was this one sided"
"their quirks were too ineffective against his" Midoriya said This exam is much harder than what I imagined, on top of that, Kacchan, [m/n]-kun, and I are up against... Midoriya thought
"Team Asui and Tokoyami, Pratical exam. Ready go" once the horn went of, clones of ectoplasm appeared. Tokoyami grabbed Asui and threw her with dark shadow, while in the air Asui used her tongue to fling him up and the two ran off.
"whoa" [m/n] stared at the screen in awe
"They're good!" Uraraka cheered
"an escape only those two could pull off!" Midoriya smiled
"Communication skills." recovery girl came through the door "in this society, it's a simple but important skill for heroes to have. More than being able to pull off a perfect team play with a specific sidekick, it's better than being able to achieve a certain standard with anyone" she spoke as she climbed back unto her chair
