Producer got me to practice singing the song Eunhyuk and Donghae wrote for me. I was in the studio with the three of them plus two composers.

After I had my vocal warm-up which included a lot of distractions from Eunhyuk and Donghae, I started practicing the first song, which is 'Star.'

The composer and Donghae guided me along the song, and Eunhyuk helped out. He sang the rap part to give me the example on how to execute it. I kept on messing the last part, the one after the rap, so I bought a lot of time on that.

It was the time to record the song and everyone seated themselves in front of the operating area.

Producer Lee stood up and sat back down again, he looked like he had something to say. Before I could ask him what he was going to say, he motioned me to proceed inside the recording area.

The song was filled with admiration, hoe one sees the one he or she likes as a star and how they see themselves together in the night skies. The lines were poetic yet light.

I got the last part wrong again, so we had to record the song all over again. After three tries, finally, I got it right.

I sighed in relief when I stepped out of the recording area and Eunhyuk gave me a high five.

I thanked the recording team for their work., they nodded to my bow.

"You want to say something, Team Leader Lee?" I smiled, victoriously rather. I finally beat him to it.

He scratched his head.

"Is something wrong?" Donghae frowned as he stood beside me.

"A little flaw, actually. Remember the song you gave me yesterday?" He was talking about Kyuhyun's song.

"Yes. I gave it to you some time in the morning."

"Unfortunately, we need only five tracks in your album. We can't exceed the limit."

I pursed my lips, I knew that Kyuhyun would be disappointed. "Um, so we're not going to include that, sir?"

"In your first album," he immediately added. "But I promise to put that in your second, or repackage, or whatsoever."

It was a fair deal. I can't exceed the limit, nor they won't throw the song. I could use that to my advantage because the song is really good.

I nodded, knowing it was a win-win situation. Saying my goodbye and thanks again, I went out before Hyukjae and Donghae did.

Hyukjae shook his head when he closed the door.

"What's that?" I asked, walking the way to the elevator.

"This album songs limit. I ran over the lyrics and it was pretty good for the first album." He shrugged and pressed the elevator button. I held my breath, the last time I rode the elevator on the SM building was when I got mobbed by reporters.

It was the four in the afternoon, so we went into the cafeteria to grab snacks with the guys.

"You pay," Donghae said to Eunhyuk, but Eunhyuk pointed at me. They said they didn't have enough money in unison that I took that time to chuckle at them. EunHae.

"To be fair, we'll play rock, paper, and scissors," Eunhyuk suggested.

"Sounds okay." Donghae shrugged and presented his fist forward.

I smirked. "I'll take that challenge."

The older male raised an eyebrow at us. "Don't be full of yourself. I'm a master in this."
