Ch. 19

Laura's P.O.V:

Ross finally got out of the hospital tonight . I was helping him up the porch when I heard someone coming behind us.

I turned.

Maia.

"Don't even bother! " I spat at her.

"I didn't mean it!"

Ross turned around, "That's like the most worst thing to to say to somebody you shot."

"No,  'Are you ok ?' is."

Ross laughed," Oh yea, true. "

I scold, " Ross! "

"Sorry."

Maia chuckled, " Laur, you just have to get use the fact that he is STILL in love with me."

She winked at Ross and something in me snapped.

"OVER MY COLD.DEAD. BODY. " I spat at her, leaving some on her cheek, and before Ross could object, I dragged him into the house and slammed the door.

I walked him to the couch and sat him down.

"Your so cute when your jealous. " Ross smiled.

I glared at him but I softened up,he's hard to stay mad at.

"Ross, how could you laugh at the person who almost killed you?"

"I don't know, it was funny?"

"Ross! Come in Ross!"

"I'm here!"

"No you aren't, the real Ross would have helped me spit at Maia. "

Ross sighed, "Well I'm sorry, ok . Are you sure this is still  about that joke ...or that you think I'm still in love with Maia? "

I started to take a long, interesting look at the floor.

Ross stood up and with one finger, raised my chin.

"Laura, " he said, his eyes serious now," I'm promise you, you are my one and only. I am never going back to Maia".

I looked into his eyes, the ones that I have fallen so deeply in love with.

"Never ever?" I whispered as he kissed the top of my forehead.

"Never ever." He whispered back. He wrapped his arms around my waist and I wrapped mines around his neck.

"I love you." I said as I started leaning in.

"I love you too, Laur." He said as his lips touched mines.

Aww!  So cute! 

We are almost out of school, yay!
