Ross P.O.V:

I raced back and forth across my room typing in Laura's number into my phone and then erasing it.

I would go over to her house buut her sister would probably jack me up for calling her sister and the love of my life a bixthhh. . .

I still can't believe I did that.

I hope she forgives me.

I was gonna call her no matter how many times she ignored me.

So let's just say I was quite surprised when she called me.

"H-H-Hello" I spoke into my phone like I had seen a ghost.

"Ross? You okay?" Laura asked.

God I missed her voice

"Yea, look Laura, I'm sorry-" I started

"No...no (sigh) you were right." She said sounding... depressed?

"About calling you a bixthhh?I said sounding funny.

She chuckled, " No Ross, not that...Cameron cheated on me."

I froze, anger started to boil in me.

"What?" I snapped,"That-"

" Motha? Yeah I know." Laura said.

"I'm sorry Laura, that it didn't work out." I said kinda happy.

"It's OK, he doesn't matter anymore. " She said.

After a short period of silence, Laura spoke again.

"Ross can you come over? Please? " She said quickly.

A little too quickly

"Sure"! I said smiling. " I will be right over!"

I changed so I can look decent and I headed out to Laura's house.

I bought flowers for her on the way, roses because her favorite color is red.

Laura opened the door, " Ross! I so glad to see you!" She said and pulled me into a hug.

Have mercy

We stood there hugging each other for a while, not letting go.

"So do you wanna watch a movie?" I whispered into her ear.

She giggled, "Sure".

"What movie?" I asked again.

"Any movie." She said softly snuggling into my chest.

So we sat down on the couch and we watched Romeo and Juliet.

"Aww! This is so romantic!! Laura squealed.

I chuckled," Your so cute..." I said.

Meaning it

At the end of the movie, we got some ice cream.

"Mmm, ice cream really helps after a break up. " Laura said licking chocolate ice cream off her lips.

I stare at her lips and bit mine.

She's an angel.

I mentally smacked myself.

"Yea". I laughed nervously

Laura then licked the spoon.

Something just snapped and before you know it my lips were on hers.

She didn't kiss back

She probably doesn't like you

Hot tears ran down my face as I pulled away and ran out the door.
