Isabella's P.O.V.

"Hi," I breathed, sitting on the stool next to the man that Ashton had wanted me to talk to. "I'm Isabella." I hotly spoke, propping my elbow onto the bar table and resting my chin in the palm of my hand while staring deeply into the unnamed man's captivating green eyes.

This had become a normal thing when I needed to talk to men for Ashton. Ashton was very insecure about his sexuality, so he didn't want me to just go up to men and say something like, Hey, my gay friend likes you, do you like him too? because I've done that before, and believe me, it's not the greatest idea in the world. Did the straightforwardness startle them? Hell yes. Were they flattered? Hell no. Try freaked out. So, for this reason, I had to figure out if they were gay or not by not actually asking them about their sexuality. I would have to flirt with them to find out instead. If they flirted right back, or made any moves, I had assumed that they were straight, obviously. If they didn't, well, they would come straightforward and say something like, Look, I'm flattered, but I'm gay. So leave me alone. So, yeah, that's how it goes.

The unamed man flashed me a bright smile, revealing his perfect teeth. I couldn't help but silently wonder if he just had amazing dental genes or if they were veneers. It was hard to decide, but I wouldn't mind investigating a little closer with, say, my lips... Wait, what are you thinking, Isabella? You have a boyfriend, who also happens to be way sweeter and sexier than this guy, you idiot. I mentally scolded myself.

"Hi, I'm Seth." The man replied, never taking his eyes off of me for even a second. God damn, his voice was incredibly sexy and it had this deep, southern accent added to it.

I nervously laughed, tearing my gaze away from his before I actually start growing even more attracted to unbelievably handsome man. I removed myself from my previous position and sat up straight. "Look," I sighed heavily, deciding to be honest, "I actually came over here because my friend likes you, and—"

"Well, I doubt anybody could ever be as beautiful as you, so I don't think I'd be very interested in your friend." Seth winked, bringing his beer bottle up to his lips before taking a swig of the beer it had contained. Oh, okay, so he's straight.

I felt a light blush creep onto my face, and I wasn't sure if I should feel bummed out that he's interested in women, or incredibly happy about it. I couldn't help but smile slightly at how sweet this man sounded, but I quickly tried to push all of my thoughts about him aside. I sighed heavily, staring into his eyes, "Actually, I—"

"Hey, Isabella." I was cut off once again, but by somebody who I never thought I'd see right now; Bruno. I furrowed my eyebrows as I noticed him standing a few feet away from the bar with some incredibly intoxicated woman clinging onto his arm. I scrunched up my nose as I breathed in the strong aroma of sweat mixed with alcohol coming from this random woman with bleach-blond hair, the shortest dress I had ever seen, and a heavily made up face. "This is Madison," He continued, gesturing towards the woman, "We were just going to go back up to the hotel room and have a little fun." He winked in my direction, and Madison smirked.

WHAT?! I so badly wanted to scream out, but I knew that I couldn't. What does he think he's doing?! I was feeling so fucking agitated and furious at the moment, I just couldn't think I could hold it in, but I had to remain calm and fight fire with fire... right? He was obviously trying to make me jealous for some odd reason, and I knew that I needed to do the same.

I smiled friendly back at them. "Oh, hey, Bruno. This is Seth." I gestured towards Seth, who had been silently sitting next to me with slight confusion written across his face. "We were just about to go and do the same." I lied right through my teeth. "Right, Seth?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow and giving him some sort of 'I need help, play along with me, please' look.
