Hope

There's no room

There's no place for it anymore

There's no future

For an unchanging heart

Can't stand still

I can't just stare at an open door

At some point

We all have to take hope to stand apart

I would sit and wait

In the night to die

I would watch life pass

I wouldn't dare get back up

But I want to be somebody

I don't want life to pass me by

I found hope inside of emptiness

Just standing still was not enough
