A non-Mahram is a non-Mahram! Calling someone your brother/sister doesn't make a difference. You (especially the brothers) are not allowed to look at them (the sisters) or be in seclusion with them, nor are you allowed to talk with them unnecessarily.
Calling someone your mother doesn't make her your real mother, as Allaah تعالى says:
{None can be their mothers except those who gave them birth}{Surah al-Mujaadilah (58):2]
Similarly, none can be your real brother/sister except those through blood or suckling (both being nursed by the same woman). So do not fall into the trap of Shaitaan and be deceived.
