What you need:
•A quiet room
1. Sit cross legged on the floor and meditate for 5 or more minutes.
2. Chant 5x:
I seek out the truth in the person I ask.
I call upon the gods to help me hear the truth of the question I ask.
3. Say firmly:
This is needed, So Mote It Be.
4. Find the person this was intended for, and ask them your question. If they are telling the truth, you should hear the same thing they said in your head. If they're lying, then you'll hear the truth in your head.
