What you need:
Running Water
1. Meditate for a while (optional but it works better if you do)
2. Turn the faucet and let the water run for a few seconds
3. Say this while your hands are in the water:
Water, my friend, my partner, my world, the only thing I ask from you is a little control.
4. Now, move your hands or fingers around without touching the water.
